On the doorstep you can start the "Müllerthal Trail," go to the tourist information office, the bakery or the supermarket. The shopping street, as well as many good restaurants, terraces and cafes are within walking distance. Even a cinema is only 200 m away. Right in front of the house is a parking lot (6:00 pm - 8:00 am = free)

Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Duplex entfernt ist die Abtei, die Basilika, der Ausgangspunkt zahlreicher Wanderungsrouten (Müllerthal Trail) sowie die Touristeninformation, der Busbahnhof oder Supermärkte. Vor der Haustür ist ein Bäcker und zahlreiche Parkplätze. Um den mittelalterlichen Marktplatz und die anliegende Fußgängerzone befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés.

Mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohn- und Kochbereich, genießen Sie die Ruhe in unserem kleinen Bauerndorf in der Nähe von Echternach. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

There is a separate entrance, off-street parking, and bicycles can be stored in our garage. The studio is perfectly located for the Mullerthal Route 2 trail, and many other local hiking adventures. A choice of shops and restaurants are a ten minute walk/five minute drive from the studio.

Parking space for bicycles available The apartment is in an ideal location to explore the historic Roman city of Trier, the beautiful South Eifel or the Luxembourgish Müllerthal. Numerous excursions in the vicinity. We are very quiet and rural, shopping about 7km.

The apartment on the granary of the former mill estate Georgsmühle is located in the Südeifel Nature Park on the outskirts of Ralingen on the Sauer, in the immediate vicinity of the Luxembourg border town of Rosport. In the Sauertal, uniquely and beautifully located, you can enjoy many leisure activities. Hikers, anglers, mountain bikers and other recreation seekers are very welcome here.
