The house is located on a large plot and has a lovely wild and unspoiled garden to the south. There is an outdoor fireplace for evening fun on the terrace, and a Weber grill Playhouse for the small children in the garden, as well as berry bushes and herbs in the garden NOTE: A new entrance has been arranged, and a completely new bathroom has been built where there was previously a junior chamber. Stone terrace in the back with benches. It is 50 m to shopping and 3 km to a beautiful bathing lake (limestone quarry), 3 km to the beach. Great for running and cycling trips. Close to Copenhagen, Roskilde and Køge.

Når aftenroen sænker sig, kan I tænde hybridpejsen og streame en film på tv’et eller spille et af vores mange sjove brætspil. Roskilde by, vikingskibsmuseummet og Vigen strandpark ligger 10-12 min. væk i bil og er bestemt et besøg værd.

Nyd solen på lukket terrasse og lad børnene sove i annekset som ligger lige ud til terrassen. Huset er lyst og stilfuldt med fokus på terrassen og køkken-alrum. Er vejret ikke med jer er der 18kvm Orangeri med direkte adgang fra stuen. Huset er beliggende 25min kørsel fra København, eller 3km fra Karlslunde Station.

In Trekroner, you will find various shopping and takeaway options within a few minutes' drive. The house is located in beautiful nature, and the many trail systems make it possible to go on some amazing walks. Here you will meet sheep, horses and cows.

Super cosy 2-room apartment located in a quiet area in the city centre, with most of Roskilde's amenities close by. The apartment is furnished with an entrance hall, a bathroom/toilet, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm) and a living room with a sofa bed. The apartment is ideal for 2 people, but a third person can sleep on the sofa bed. There is a large south-facing balcony where you can advantageously grill and eat outside.
