Holiday rentals with a patio in Rosignano Solvay

Great apartment and friendly owners. Very quiet inside apartment. Stylish. Private parking is ideal. TV not smart, biggest bed slightly on the hard side. Recommended!

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Marzia's apartment is a real gem, very clean, well furnished and very quiet, we did not miss anything, she had a very nice thought for our dog and was very flexible for both arrival and departure time (of course we are still in low season). I highly recommend his place to those who want to enjoy the silence and the sea nearby, in fact, just cross the street and you are already on the beach. This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful vacation in a great place. The apartment was as described, and from the terrace we had a view of a beautiful pool where we could relax. Stefano and Cristian throughout our stay were ready to help us if we needed anything. Stefano is the best host and I would recommend everyone to stay at his place.

Viareggio always a delight, even in the rain... The apartment is conveniently located behind all the hustle and bustle and beachfront noise. The residence is pleasant and functional. A big thank you to Elia for her flexibility, which I didn't need in the end.

I stayed AT Casa di Ale with my partner and our little one of a few months old and we had a really good time. Alessandro is a beautiful person, very nice and approachable. The apartment is in the heart of the Venice neighborhood and this allows you to move around the city quietly on foot. Just a stone's throw away, then, there are great restaurants. The house can accommodate four adults and a small child (in the bed provided by Ale, thank you again!). A few more pots would be the top, but I'm sure Ale will add it soon. Although the apartment overlooks the street (and the canals, which is beautiful!), it is very quiet: we had a great night's sleep! Regarding parking, there are several paid places right outside the house but they are only comfortable if you walk in the evening (the house is in ztl from 8:00 pm to 5:30 am). There are others a short distance away and Ale provides valuable information to find the cheapest ones. We'll definitely be back.

I had the opportunity to stay for three nights at Caterina and Giacomo's apartment and the experience was extremely positive. The property, in its essence, is very well cared for and embellished with designer objects that I especially appreciated. The location is central but at the same time quiet, perfect for getting around on foot without sacrificing rest. Despite being initially worried about parking, I always found a place without any problem. Caterina and Giacomo were available and flexible in check-in and check-out times, which allowed us to fully enjoy the last day of vacation. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back!!

very nice stay...the accommodation was clean and comfortable...Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Small downside the dishwasher does not wash properly and the fridge is not too cold..... We recommend staying because it's close to Pisa and amenities...

The apartment fully met our expectations, the location is excellent, the communication with the owners is very good and if you have any problem they respond very quickly, it is totally worth checking in to this apartment.

The location of the place is incredibly beautiful. You have a view of the sea, yet in an absolutely quiet environment in the hills of Tuscany. The house is cozy, clean and well stocked. Check-in with key box is straightforward. Jacopo always responded to our questions and was always available

Great rental, small house with everything a family with 2 children needs. The bedding is very comfortable, it is very quiet and the shutters are adjustable so very convenient if you want to be in total darkness. Beautiful sea view from the bedrooms. Very welcoming and communicative hosts. Great value for money. We'll be back!

A "private" house with a great garden. Securely fenced for our dog. Letizia is a great and lovely host, she was quick to respond and resolved all our issues quickly. Thank you!

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Super comfortable apartment, just outside of Lucca (about a 15 minute walk to get inside the city). Clean, large space, great communication from hosts, and super easy check-in/check-out. Oh, and the bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever come across in an Airbnb!

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment with a group of friends and we were extremely satisfied with our choice! The location is really perfect, just a short walk from the center of Montecatini, which has made our explorations of the city comfortable. The apartment is spacious, well organized and equipped with every comfort, clean and cozy just as described in the previous reviews. Oksana was an exceptional host, always available and attentive to respond promptly to our questions. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time convenient to visit the main attractions of Tuscany, easily accessible by train. We felt right at home, thanks to modern amenities and detailed check-in instructions. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to spend time in a pleasant environment and in a convenient location. We'll definitely be back!

I spent a week here and it’s perfect. The flat is lovely, squeaky clean and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the train station. I loved the restaurant opposite the building entrance! I’ll be back!

the apartment itself was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. we had booked this place as somewhere to rest our head as we planned to visit surrounding areas. the buses make it easy and convenient to get into the centre of pisa and see everything. the views from the apartment were exceptional and there was plenty to do around there ( restaurants are plentiful however, mostly sea food. ) overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay again if ever we decide to visit pisa again.

Sabina’s place was perfect!!! 13 minutes walk away from The Leaning Tower and resturant’s. The apartment was spotlessly clean, not a spec of dust anywhere. Beautiful surprise balcony which had the tower and dome in sight. And Sabina was the loveliest lady ever! So so kind. Thank you for having us even if it was just for the night! Couldn’t fault it! Xx
