Beachfront holiday rental in Rosignano Marittimo

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

Charming flat with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Lots of sunsets at dinner time. Nice deco and spotless interiors. Davide was quick in responding to our queries and helpful with suggestions. The location is excellent and the beach is just around the corner. Definitely we will come back to San Vincenzo and Davide’s flat.

highly recommended!! Ilaria offers spacious accommodation with a terrace and an exclusive laundry room. Close to all services, i.e. beach, restaurants, Marina di Cecina centre. Delightful and super friendly person, ready to satisfy every need and request. Personally, having a 6-month-old baby, she made sure that everything needed was in the accommodation. I couldn't have asked for more. Very spacious house and cared for in every detail. We'll definitely be back!

The accommodation is super centrally located in the centre. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

The accommodation was as described and it really has everything your heart desires. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was very straightforward at all. She was very helpful and also helped us so we could park on site. We already knew the surroundings, it is just beautiful between the sea and the forest. ☀️

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

It was very nice and very comfortable. The location by the sea is great, but the small courtyard also offers relaxation. The reception was very friendly and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. Parking was also no problem .. either in front of the door for 6 euros a day or around the corner under the tree for free. Shopping, food and gelato... all within a short distance. Thank you and we will be back.

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

The apartment is located in a quiet, well-kept residence with lots of greenery. A stone's throw from the sea, you can reach it with a pleasant walk in the pine forest. Supermarket, fishmonger, pharmacy right in front. Several bike rentals and restaurants. Ilaria is a great hostess. Her apartment is beautifully situated by the sea, the great garden invites you to relax. We enjoyed it very much. She gave us very good tips for restaurants and things to do in the area and was always available.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few metres over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful standing bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

We spent around a week here and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is a little off the beaten path, on a large quiet property with beautiful paths for walking and is a good starting point for excursions. There is a bus station nearby, a car is still recommended. Valerio is super friendly, responds quickly and was able to give us good tips. The apartment is clean, well maintained and well furnished. We were particularly pleased with the welcome basket with specially grown vegetables and self-produced olive oil. If you are looking for something quiet away and want to escape the heat a little, this is the place to be. Thank you for everything!

Thank you so much for the stay. We're a family of three. Perfect for this small, fine apartment. The location is just great. Very quiet to the back and once across the street already on the beach. In addition, communication with Sandro was always very fast, friendly and helpful.

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

Sandra is a lovely host and easy to communicate with. The Blue house is something special we thought. It exceeded our expectations even with lovely photos. It is perfectly situated with easy beach access, good local parking and the train station nearby for other trips.

Great location, 2 min from the beach. Very clean and really everything you need was provided and more. Topped by the warm welcome and service by Giovanni and his wife and brother! They are amazing and go far and beyond for their guests! They let us check in earlier and arranged the car for us to get to Pisa (there is no Uber). Thank you for everything! Amazing sunsets!!

Beautiful place, great location super CLEAN! And with all the appliances and welll equipped kitchen, bathroom shower excellent. Location its ideal 100 steps from the beach and nice restaurants on the way. Carlos was by far one of the best Host I have ever meet
