Beachfront holiday rental in Rosignano Marittimo

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Comfortable and convenient apartment for my parents as it has no stairs, is clean, tidy, and had everything. The warm welcome of Giacomo's parents made the stay start in the best way, they are fantastic people who take care of their guests in every way.

Manuel is a nice and friendly host. We spent two days in this apartment, which is comfortable, quiet and easy to find, very close to the sea. The accommodation is well equipped and has all the necessary devices, making it really convenient. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back.

The apartment was lovely, very spacious and well-maintained, renovated a few years ago. In general, all the furniture was very functional. It was really like staying at home, with all the comforts you need (even more when traveling with a 2-year-old). Private indoor parking is the icing on the cake, in an area where finding parking is often difficult. Sophia was very kind, both at check-in and during the stay. We'll definitely be back!

The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

Laura immediately showed herself to be a very helpful and kind person with an extraordinary welcome that immediately makes you feel at home. We only stayed for one night on the occasion of the Viareggio Carnival, but it is definitely an accommodation that has a great location for proximity to the beach. I can only highly recommend this place.

Giorgio's apartment is a gem, nothing was missing and we found a dehumidifier that saved us from the very hot nights. We will definitely be his guests again because we had a great vacation.

We enjoyed the week in the apartment. Since there was not such nice weather yet, we were able to heat with the air conditioning. It was nice to have breakfast on the balcony and the beach (which is not so crowded and was a natural beach which we greatly appreciated) was within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed. We will be happy to come back. You have nature right in front of you and can wake up with the birds chirping in the morning.

We found a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is not very large, but enough to spend relaxing moments in the house. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your vacation carefree. Great opportunity to have private parking and a condominium pool. Beach and restaurants are very close to the apartment. It was a really pleasant vacation, we felt right at home.

The place is an absolute place to yearn. The view of the sea priceless. We were lucky enough to stay alone on the property almost the entire time. The amenities are functional and you have everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy, there is nothing to complain about. The decor is familiar with personal things of the family but that's exactly what I love about AirBnB. I was very reminded of my former family weekend house. We certainly weren't here last time and I thank Fabio&Valentina for sharing this wonderful place with others.

The place was perfect for us! The children made themselves comfortable in the gallery and also enjoyed using the toys provided. Since the ceilings of the apartment are very high, it is also not cramped at all. We enjoyed the location of the accommodation directly on the beach. By car you can easily get to Pisa, Florence, etc. We will be back :-)

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Pleasant stay and good house amenities

Great structure, great breakfast outdoors in the morning shade. They gave us an upgrade to the room without asking for it, at the same price. All very polite and helpful

The apartment was spacious, clean and located very central for easy access by foot to beach and restaurants. We loved the small balcony for a coffee in the mornings overlooking the sea. It was very quiet at night inside the apartment even if busy outside given the good isolation of the windows. A big plus was the adjoining private parking at a small extra charge. Very good functioning air conditioning and wifi. Claudio was very responsive and kind and made us feel home immediately. We can only recommend it and would love to return for another stay.

Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

What a fabulous place !! Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and description but better. The view is amazing and the apartment well equipped and comfortable. Auro was very responsive to all messages and his parents, who checked us in, were charming. Just a couple of practical points - there is no a/c but usually there is a lovely breeze, just keep the blinds down when the sun is on them The access into the sea looks a bit scarier than it is - you can just jump in and then to get out, there are also some steps cut into the rock so you don’t have to try and scramble out. Wonderful - we hope to come back

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor. We had an amazing stay in Fabrizio’s apartment! He was one of the best hosts we ever had, very responsive to any questions we had and offered a ton of great recommendations. The place was immaculate, very modern with excellent appliances and decor. Within a 1 minute walk, you’re on the beach and right out the door there are a multitude of cafes and restaurants. There’s also a grocery store only a minute away. 10/10 would stay again!

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

it was just like being at home, but at the seaside!! The apartment is equipped with all amenities and really equipped with anything, the location is amazing!! Once you cross the road you are on the promenade and on foot you can easily get everywhere. I have two small children and in the apartment I found all the comforts for them too... dishes, cot, sheets etc... also the communication with Agnese, Davide's co-host, was really always responsive, very friendly and helpful to make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Very, very friendly hosts were blown away by the value for money, everything is there, nothing is really missing in this house. The landlady always gave info when something happened in the city. So actually you don't need to take anything with you except a swimsuit, a bike or a scooter to explore the area and that's it. Very impressed by this place! We were very, very, very satisfied with our vacation here! Huge thanks to Annalisa and Sergio until next time and all the best to you !
