Our studio style guest suite is very private including its own entrance, bathroom, queen sized bed, and kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave,and toaster oven. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

This cozy cottage is centrally located for convenient access to all the amenities Batesville has to offer- shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, library, Lyon College, and historic downtown. The house sits in the middle of 80 acres surrounded by cattle. The white river access at Salado creek is 1/4 mile away. Great for a kayak adventure!
