Holiday houses in Roseto Capo Spulico

We have just returned to the UK from 3 weeks at Sofias place. She is the best host anyone could possibly ask for. the stay was so perfect we are working on getting back out to stay with at her properties again. A massive thank you to Sofia for everything from check-in to check-out. Also for pre check in and a lovely message on departure. We would definitely stay again. beautiful place, beautiful soul.

Very clean, tastefully decorated. Nice landlady. Area very nice and quiet. Lots of mosquitoes that can be expelled with mosquito spray and candles! Windows had all the mosquito nets, which was great. It had some bikes, unfortunately partly in poor condition. Initially the village helpful gas station that offers bicycle service. The long sandy beach almost empty at the end of October, beach cafe still open, pizzeria original and very delicious. We had a great stay!

We were only one night but the property was very clean and Maria was awesome.

The apartment is comfortable and very well cared for. An oasis of peace and sun. The sea is enchanting and the recommended restaurants in the area turned out to be great!Marta was courteous, friendly and very generous giving us fresh fruit freshly picked from her garden!!!!

Lovely stay in a nice holiday village. Lots of thoughtful little details including food and drinks for us when we arrived and mosquito coils for the outside space.

We were guests of the Proff Filomena in the spring that blooms. Her home is nestled in a small fenced park where tall poplars and fruit trees coexist. Magnificent sunny days took us to discover the Park and a warm focherello welcomed us when we returned, along with the delicacies that our host had left us in the purest spirit of hospitality. The atmosphere is magical! Our enchanted dog, Cora, enjoyed the crutches left for her and enjoyed great protected freedom! The home is fully equipped for both short and long-term stays. Very clean and super welcoming. The location is enviable in every aspect and the knowledge of the territory of Filomena made us enjoy the short time we had budgeted, but we have already booked for the return trip for a longer stay. Filomena really offered us an enchanted world full of affection! Thanks and talk to you soon!

Bright, clean, welcoming loved the 2 balconies with views of the sea. Had coffee every morning on the balcony, well stocked with coffee and breakfast treats

Andrea is a wonderful host, always available and willing to help. The place is amazing, much more than we were expecting... I believe the pictures do not capture how beautiful, cozy and spacious this house is. The surroundings are also incredible, Mormanno is a unique experience. We would not hesitate going there again, great cost/benefit relationship and satisfying in every way.

Pietrapertosa is a stunning place to spend time - currently undervalued by tourists in comparison to many of Italy's more popular attractions. Annarita's photos provide a realistic but modest impression of the property; they are unable to fully communicate the charming nature of the stone building on a quiet lane of a historic town, with views into the valley below. The central location is perfect for activities in and around the town, although, by necessity, parking has to be a few hundred meters away. The property is supplied with every amenity I could have possibly needed and more. Annarita and her father Pasquale are thoughtful and congenial hosts. When I return to Pietrapertosa, the first thing I will do is check whether this property is available - if so, there will be no need to look elsewhere.
