The house is new and fresh with a sleeping loft for two people (two 90 cm mattresses) and a sofa bed on the lower level. 2 km to the main road (road 263) where there is a bus stop with connections to Sigtuna and Märsta. The accommodation is close to Arlanda Airport (15 km), the city of Sigtuna (5 km) and the city of Stockholm (50 km) (Only service animals are allowed in the accommodation) There is no transport from the main road to the accommodation (2 km/1.24 miles)

Both house and plot with large terrace are fully furnished, 50 meters from a jetty that has a swimming area. In the house, there is both a sauna and a fireplace and two tiled stoves that enhance the stay.
