The long-vacant building was renovated with great care for its historical structure and insulated with eco-friendly materials. A photovoltaic system supplies electricity for infrared heating, hot water, and lighting, creating a healthy indoor climate and authentic charm. The suite offers two individually designed bedrooms with large double beds (200 × 180 cm) and a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.
