Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rosedale

We had a lovely time at Dawn’s place! She was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and provided us with great recommendations. Will definitely stay there again when in Baltimore!

The place is nice in a great neighborhood right next to the park, and is really worth it when it’s less than all the hotels in the area. My only note is that you go down the stairs and enter the basement apartment directly- there is no separate door or key separating this space from the rest of the building and other tenants could come down if they were inclined. The bedroom door locks when you’re in it for your safety, but there is no key or code to safely lock your possessions in when you leave for the day. This was the only, but significant drawback of an otherwise great place. Although the place felt safe, we didn’t know the people there and therefore did not feel comfortable leaving our valuables in the apartment, so we had to carry our laptops, tablets, jewelry and passports for the day.

I loved staying at Thomas’s place! It’s ideally located in Mount Vernon with lots to do around the area including spots to eat and cute bars. It’s also a somewhat short walk to the train station which is convenient. The apartment is special…very quirky in a wonderful way. I had everything I needed for a comfy stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much anything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable - that’s rare to find for me! The host is super responsive and kind. All said, this is a 5/5 for everything and I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in town.

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

Booked this place for my parents to stay for a few days. My mom loved the place—it was cozy and had everything from TV to pots and pans and working coffee machine. Renee is very friendly host and responsive to our requests. Overall, my parents enjoyed their stay.

Beautiful home very clean and comfortable for me and my family makes it feel just like home . Stayed twice will definitely look forward to staying here again when in town.

During my short stay there was an issue with the toilet in the unit. Paul responded promptly and solved the issue within hours and offered an alternative bathroom to use if any other problems arose, which I really appreciated. This is a nice small space that was perfect for one person on a quick weekend in Baltimore.

I visited this place with friends, the location was really convenient since it was close to trails. We visited Gun Powder state park and north point state park for hiking. We drove to inner harbor and Annapolis for lunch and afternoon walks it was really easy, it took 30 mins and 50 mins approx respectively There is a local sea food restaurant 1 min walk from the house sea horse inn highly recommend to enjoy local brewery and sea food. Lastly, spend some quality time in the backyard which overlooked the water.

Crystal's place was exactly as the pictures showed. The host was very communicative and response time was excellent. We enjoyed playing basketball and playing pool. The place was well stocked with cleaning supplies. Everything we needed was at our disposal. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a 4 day stay. We enjoyed the water view and had a crab feast on the deck overlooking the water. It was a perfect Memorial Day weekend.

I stayed at Fannie’s place for the long weekend and it was by far one of the best air b&b experience I’ve had yet. The house is beautiful, I love the furniture, and the house smells so good!! Not to mention they had a cute sign by the kitchen with my name welcoming me, and she went above and beyond having goodies for us!! The area is perfect. It’s not far from the main Baltimore area and there’s so many food places in the area that you can walk to and she had great recommendations as well. The backyard was so beautiful with the lights, the hot tub, and the outdoor room with the TV we really enjoyed our time out there. Fannie is extremely communicative with a fast turn around time, cares about her home, and is extremely helpful. I would 10000000% stay here again I love the area check out the Ethiopian cafe too!! My college A Cappella group stayed here for a local competition and overall had a great stay. All amenities listed were available, the host was incredibly responsive, and the place was very clean. The only thing to note is that the second bathroom in the basement doesn't have the Jacuzzi tub behind its own closed door and is not very private from the downstairs bedroom. If you're traveling with a larger group of people not related this could make the shower unusable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I would strongly recommend this place for any group!

We had a great stay at Christian's place. We were attending a conference there and it was just a block or so from the Baltimore Convention Center. Getting to this place was also very easy as it is located right on the light rail (direct access to downtown and the airport). We were also well within walking distance for the Orioles and Ravens stadiums. The condo is spacious and clean with new appliances. It is a very comfortable place that is clean with comfortable beds. I would recommend Christian's place if you're looking for a convenient option in Baltimore. Christian's directions made check in a breeze. He also suggested some events to check out around Baltimore after the conference. Great location and condo!

Make this your top choice if you are looking for an efficient and pristine suite right around the corner from the airport! I was in town for my mothers memorial and not only was the space even better than the photos but James was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and even had a thoughtful card for the occasion waiting for me when I arrived. I have two small dogs and he was also excellent with them. If you need a stay near BWI, this place is well worth the money! I’ll for sure be coming back!

Exactly as advertised. Quiet and convenient.

We were in town for Maryland Deathfest. The place was located within walking distance of everything we needed.

Jordan and his place were both amazing. As avid gamers ourselves, this was a walk down memory lane. All linens and kitchen ware were available. You can cast your apps on the Google TVs, which is a huge bonus. There are tons of food places within 5 minutes walking distance and we were able to to walk to the CFG Bank Arena for a show with in 15-20 min. Saves on parking or Uber/Lyft costs. Jordan is extremely responsive and even recommended local eats. They were delicious. Thanm you so much, Jordan. It was a delight having you as a host.

Gerald's place was perfect for our 4-day girls' trip. The three of us stayed and had such a great time. Everything went smoothly. The home is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, comfortable beds, great WiFi, and every comfort of home. It looks just like the pictures. Street parking was very convenient so we never used the dedicated parking lot. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe enough for us, 3 women to walk around. Our host checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed but honestly, we didn’t need a thing, they had everything anyone could want for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We are happy we chose this place and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Ben’s place is exactly as described me and my family enjoyed our stay. I felt right at home, when I’m visiting my sister in the near future I will definitely stay again.
