There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan, where you can find a nice meal, hit the beach or catch the S.S. Badger!
