Holiday houses in Rosara

We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

a great place, close to the city. super friendly people, who took all the time and made you feel welcome. recommended if you want to visit Ascoli or if you want to go hiking in the mountains. I'd love to come back.

A top quality apartment with gorgeous furniture, beautifully designed kitchen and bathrooms and a view out to the main Piazza that can’t be beat! The perfect location for walking the city and directly next to fabulous restaurants.

Very centric and confortable apartment in a great location. Stayed only for one night…location is unbeatable and host is excellent!

Giorgio’s place was fantastic. His mom and dad greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He has everything inside to make you feel like you’re at home. The view is amazing from the patio which we ate our breakfast from everyday. The restaurants are a couple of minutes walk and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk too. It is a very quiet location and being on the fourth floor it’s even better. There are 73 stairs to climb to get to the room, which will help burn a few calories after you’ve eaten a large meal from one of the restaurants nearby. Parking can be challenging if there is a function in the town. We had to park by the grocery store one night but it was not a problem. We had a great stay and hope to come again every year! The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

Phenomenal place! Giovanni and his wife are great, welcoming hosts. The apartment is cosy, well-furnished and kept, and enjoys a spectacular view over Ascoli Piceno. Highly recommend - look no further!

A unique and overwhelming experience! Ideal for spending a day away from the city and in full contact with nature. The stilt house is a magical and enchanted place surrounded by greenery where you can observe the landscape of the forest. The interior of the structure is cared for in every detail, a mini SPA with a Japanese bath makes the stay romantic and pleasant. The owner Annalisa, the owner, and she is super kind and helpful, ready to accommodate any request. The aperitif with cured meats and cheeses accompanied by their wine is truly out of this world! We were also able to eat the pizza from the property's wood-fired oven, which was very good! I would say it was a super experience and one to be repeated!
