Terrain de pétanque, piscine sécurisée et chauffée de mai à septembre, pool house avec barbecue, frigo et plancha. Vous pourrez également accéder librement à la salle de sport et découvrir le pré ou pâturent un poney, des moutons et des poules

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.
