On first floor we have open space dinning and guests area with fully equipped kitchen and bar table and chairs, dinning table, sofa witch becomes extra large bed for 2 and wc with shower extra large cabin for 2. All this with magnificent view on nature, forest and small rivers/water channels.

Mini kitchen with fridge, stove, kettle, washing machine. WC is shared. There is no shower for the Guest in this room. Guest can use a shower in nearest Gym Hall. A lot of bars and stores are located very close. Special deals for students and interns.

For cooking, it’s possible to use a COMMON KITCHEN which is located on the same floor. There is also a Smart TV. There is NO ELEVATOR in the building, you must climb stairs (3rd, 4th or 5th floor).
