Highly recommended. Host was very friendly and responsive with easy to follow instructions with photos. Located in private gated building with uninterrupted view which able me to leave the curtains open during my stay. Kitchen was well equipped, which able me to cook simple meals. Walking distance from major mall with large grocery and restaurants.

Great location behind the house, next to 7-11, a few steps to the restaurant around the roundabout. The house is equipped with everything. Comfortable. The host is very helpful. Recommended.

All these 5-star reviews can't be wrong. I can't imagine a nicer, cleaner, quieter place for the money anywhere in Thailand. The separate apartments provide utter privacy if you want it, though there's plenty of room for two people in the upstairs apartment. He left us tons of cold water, and we appreciated the drying racks when we did laundry. The location is close to all the older parts of town you'd want to see. We will surely book this place again if we return to Chiang Rai.
