It is older and shows some signs of wear, but offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. An excellent choice if you're looking for affordable accommodation close to entertainment options.

Completely renovated bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private small patio. Located in a quiet residential area (Solbacken) close to both central Malmö and the sea. Parking is available on the street for a small fee, excellent transportation to the center/Copenhagen/Skåne. We have no animals and speak Swedish, Danish, English, French and a little Italian.

Det finns tre sovrum i nedre plan och två rymliga badrum med toalett & dusch samt en separat liten toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar. Studsmatta för barnen. Bra wifi. Parkering i området (6 kr/tim dagtid, söndag ingen avgift).
