I stayed for two nights at the Farm, during a workshop at Y40. The place was impeccably clean, the place was quiet and secluded. I also had the pleasure of dining one night at the farm restaurant, where I ate very well. The host was always available in their communications before arrival. I can only recommend the place!

We had a great stay, Alberto’s place is really clean and functional. We enjoyed the small terrace for morning breakfast. He was also really responsive and gave us local recommendations for going out.

The space was extremely pleasant as was Alessandro, always available to help and give tips. The only negative point, for us who wanted to visit the centre of Venice, was, in fact, the location. Otherwise nothing to point out, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the area of Dolo, Veneto and Padova!

The place was lovely, everything was just like the pictures. Tidy, clean, easy to get in, with detailed instructions. The surroundings of the home are beautiful and peaceful, free parking. The host was immediately responsive and very helpful. The listing is also adapted for families with children for every recommendation.

Truly a nice clean and well-kept apartment with lights inside the cabinets and also inside the kitchen drawer. I highly recommend it and Vincenzo is a very friendly and friendly person with prompt and precise response.

We had an amazing stay at Fabio and Chiara’s home! They were there to welcome us after a long flight and went above and beyond to help us with anything throughout our 2-week stay. The home was spacious with cozy, comfortable areas for every activity - a reading nook, a work area, two TV/lounge areas. We felt right at home. There’s also a shared garden with a table under large shady trees where you can eat at, enjoy the nature around you, or watch the garden cat, Mimmetta, chase after flying insects :) We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

very friendly. flexible check in which was very good. Overnight stay for a few days for the price is great. Unfortunately, due to the main road, it is relatively noisy at night. For me, that was still okay, but for the family, it was a bit loud. On the whole, the apartment was very clean and well maintained and had everything you need on site. I can definitely recommend the apartment if you are only looking for an apartment for a few days.

Lovely apartment, well furnished and equipped. Overhead shower head in en-suite not working. Air conditioning in living area only. At night windows had to be open in bedrooms - mosquito repelllant plug-ins provided essential. Very early (05.00hrs) noise from workmen on the canals below. All part of the charm and character of Venice! Would book again and recommend to friends.

We can only highly recommend Gerard! Super nicely decorated! You were greeted with prosecco, typical pastries and coffee. Gerard always responds promptly and gives you valuable tips for a successful stay. Fortunately, Chioggia has retained its Italian charm. Always worth a visit.

My friends and I stayed at Mirko's apartment to spend a weekend in Venice. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is strategic for reaching all the most important attractions in Venice. Communication with Mirko was impeccable, he immediately responded to all my questions with great kindness and promptness. Erika was a very accommodating and very responsive host. The accommodation was very clean, spacious with all the amenities. It is well located, a 5-minute walk from a bus stop that takes us directly to Venice and 15 minutes from Mestre train station. We were also able to enjoy the outdoors with a large gallery and patio area. The area was quiet with a very good restaurant and bakery nearby as well as a grocery store 10 minutes' walk away. We were greeted by Carmen, a very friendly lady who was able to give us all the necessary information and instructions for accessibility to the accommodation. I recommend this place and I would not hesitate to go back.

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

This property has everything. The canal views are spectacular. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Close enough to St. Lucia to walk. Also close to both the tourists hot spots and local areas. Host was amazing. We highly recommend!

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!
