Cozy Apt. Very Quiet & Private

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Coffee bar with all of the essentials including a mini fridge and microwave. You can even get your exercise in with using the treadmill.

Our Pre-American Civil War building boasts original brick, high ceilings and rounded archways. MUST BE ABLE TO DO STEPS. Within minutes of the loft are; wineries, distilleries, restaurants microbreweries and amazing lake views.
