There were five of us there and we immediately felt comfortable! The house really has everything you could need. It is quiet, clean, modern and leaves no room for improvement for us :) especially great, approachable and personal communication! We received great local tips. The house is wonderfully located for excursions by car. We would go there again immediately :)

10/10 We definitely recommend!! Klodian is an exceptional host. He is extremely helpful and recommended us the best locations of the island. We also have been in his restaurant (Kouklia Beach Greek and Sea Food Taverna) which is definitely worth a visit as the location has a great sea view and the food is super delicious. The house is perfect. Aesthetically pleasing, everything there you need, great view on the island, between olive trees. We loved the location as its super privat and the view is insane. We will come back for sure 😊

I truly feel blessed to have had the luck to host one of the most important events of my life in one of the most beautiful villas in Zakynthos. At first, I just wanted a simple travel wedding like a small place to hold the ceremony. But when I arrived here, the professionalism of Dion’s team and the patience of the guides made me feel that this trip was absolutely worth it.The scenery and well equipped facilities speak for themselves. There are also delicious restaurants nearby, places to visit olive groves, and it’s very convenient to drive around and enjoy the sea views. What’s even more impressive is that every detail of this villa is carefully looked after not just by Dion’s team but even by the cleaning staff. Believe me, if you choose to vacation or hold an event here, what you’ll have is not just a place, but a whole experience full of thoughtful and heartwarming service. Thank you, Dion and your team,I want to recommend this place to everyone!!!

Spectacular place to stay, a wide house, clean, with everything one might need to be comfortable. Hosts are most helpful, they even offered themselves to take us to the airport. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the airport, and 20 minutes from beach. Also, it is in a very quite, rural place with great sorroundings to do sightseeing. The house is everything advertised in airbnb and more, most recommended and hope we come back.

Our host Chris is wonderful. He and his wife were very friendly. U could see that they really prioritised us feeling like home. If you are a family with kids this is a great house to stay. No stairs and a big area to play in. Even toys for our daughter was available. House is very clean and has a modern design. We truly loved everything’s and will definitely come again .

The house is very private, comfortable and spacious. Elizabeth Maria and her daughter are incredibly kind and helpful during our entire stay. The house is well situated to explore the island, we also found our absolute favorite restaurant 5-minute walk from the house. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone especially a group of friends or family.
