5-Bedroom Superior Villa, Sea view & Swimming pool

Situated upon the hills of Mavromati, the newly built villa has a stunning view over the sea, beaches and the beautiful landscape of south Zakynthos. The area is surrounded by charming olive groves and within 10 minutes walk to beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and markets. By car, Airport and Zakynthos town is only 15 minutes away. Villa Polyxeni is a high standard modern villa, with a unique concept of a courtyard with a 20 meter swimming pool and large jacuzzi, lining the kitchen, dining and living areas. A shallow part of the swimming pool includes queen size sun beds facing the sea and creates a perfect place for children to play. The surrounding green trees and plants in the garden enfolds the area making the feeling of a protected, luxurious and relaxing oasis, perfect for just chilling. As a self-catering villa, everything is included that is needed for a perfect stay. Wifi, SmartTV in all bedrooms plus living room, cooling and heating system, all bathrooms equipped with electrical floor heating during colder times of the year, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine are included. BBQ area is just outside the kitchen. Outdoor shower is situated next to the swimming pool. The villa of 350 square meters includes 5 spacious bedrooms with queens beds and ensuite bathrooms. Children's cot and extra beds can be added on request. Shaded double parking next to the villa. All linen and towels for both shower and swimming pool are included and changed every 3rd day of stay. VIP Transfer included from and to airport on arrival and departure date. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Pets are not allowed. - No smoking indoors. - On request for special Parties and Events - An extra security deposit of 300 euros per person for ages between 18 to 25 years old. This amount will be returned at the check-out if no damage or loss has occurred at the property.

It is built only 1000 m away from the center of Laganas. Aggeliki Studios is 1200m far from the sandy beach and the warm sea. Zakynthos town is 4klm,while the airport is only 4klm away. You need a kind of vehicle to get around but if you enjoy walking there is a bus stop and a taxi station just 100m far from the studios.

10/10 We definitely recommend!! Klodian is an exceptional host. He is extremely helpful and recommended us the best locations of the island. We also have been in his restaurant (Kouklia Beach Greek and Sea Food Taverna) which is definitely worth a visit as the location has a great sea view and the food is super delicious. The house is perfect. Aesthetically pleasing, everything there you need, great view on the island, between olive trees. We loved the location as its super privat and the view is insane. We will come back for sure 😊

Spectacular place to stay, a wide house, clean, with everything one might need to be comfortable. Hosts are most helpful, they even offered themselves to take us to the airport. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the airport, and 20 minutes from beach. Also, it is in a very quite, rural place with great sorroundings to do sightseeing. The house is everything advertised in airbnb and more, most recommended and hope we come back.

I truly feel blessed to have had the luck to host one of the most important events of my life in one of the most beautiful villas in Zakynthos. At first, I just wanted a simple travel wedding like a small place to hold the ceremony. But when I arrived here, the professionalism of Dion’s team and the patience of the guides made me feel that this trip was absolutely worth it.The scenery and well equipped facilities speak for themselves. There are also delicious restaurants nearby, places to visit olive groves, and it’s very convenient to drive around and enjoy the sea views. What’s even more impressive is that every detail of this villa is carefully looked after not just by Dion’s team but even by the cleaning staff. The house is very private, comfortable and spacious. Elizabeth Maria and her daughter are incredibly kind and helpful during our entire stay. The house is well situated to explore the island, we also found our absolute favorite restaurant 5-minute walk from the house. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone especially a group of friends or family.
