Laurent welcomed us very well by giving us all the directions for our installation. He was very responsive over the weekend for the various logistical questions we could have. The house matches the description of the listing. I highly recommend this place to spend a pleasant weekend with family or friends.

We had a great stay with Muriel's family. The accommodation is as described, very clean, the bedding is comfortable: both that of the bedrooms and the sofa bed or the bench beds. Muriel is very friendly and available if needed. I would recommend it in a second.

Wow, we immediately fell in love with this piece of jewellery. A very nice place with a lot of love for detail. We felt more than comfortable as a family. For our children, there were many toys both inside and outside, the high chair was already waiting to be used. Everything was sparkling clean and the kitchen is a dream. As well as the pool. We will certainly come back and enjoy this place of rest and relaxation again.

We had a great time in this beautiful bastide. Chloe welcomed us very warmly, she was very available and gave us excellent restaurants and things to visit and do in the area. Everything was perfect!

Cottage with a magnificent view. Clean, spacious and welcoming host, very responsive. I had the opportunity to celebrate a party there with the owner's agreement and the guests were unanimous about the calm, the view and the beauty of the place. There is a lot of space for children, which is nice. I highly recommend it if you want to combine calm, greenery and breathtaking views to recharge your batteries.

From booking to check-out, everything was perfect. Very nice and responsive contact. The estate is simply superb, very well furnished with a lot of refinement and delicacy. Very airy, several nice spaces and spacious bedrooms. The reception room was much appreciated, warm place.

We had a great weekend at Manon and Thibault's. The setting is peaceful and many fun activities available that we were able to enjoy: swimming pool, deckchairs, plancha, billiards, petanque, swing, trampoline... This made both young and old happy (9 people). The house is well equipped, bath towels provided which is appreciable. Bakery and supermarkets a few minutes away. Beautiful nature outings to do in the surroundings. Friendly, available, flexible and easy to communicate with. I recommend it!

The house is fantastic. Exactly what we were looking for as a large family group. Activities and space for all to enjoy around the home. Great views and centrally located. Annonay was a great place to spend time in. Would definitely stay again.

My friends and me were lucky enough to rent Renaud’s beautiful villa. Our stay was amazing, the area is great and Renaud is a brilliant host.

We had a great weekend with friends. The farmhouse is beautifully renovated, the environment is peaceful and the pool is more than great. Thanks to Dominique for her responsiveness and flexibility during this stay.

We had a great time, the big plus of this house is outside. There is something to take care of (swimming pool, darts, ping pong, barbecue,....) Martine and Thierry have always responded very quickly to our messages during our holidays. The bedding is of good quality and the house spacious. Just a small point about the heat at night, maybe provide a fan in each room because we had a lot of trouble sleeping, but we were in a heat wave.... In short, we highly recommend this house!

Spacious house, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped (especially for families with children). Safe and pleasant pool. Shaded terrace overlooking the lovely garden, great for barbecues! Shops 5 minutes walk away are a real plus. Very welcoming family. Great stay that makes you want to come back!

Stéphanie's place was very clean and had everything we needed to have a good holiday. The location is ideal for visiting the Drome but also the Ardèche. We did not meet Stéphanie but the exchanges were smooth from the beginning, Stéphanie was very responsive. A lovely house tastefully decorated, we recommend it!

Great weekend spent in Chantal's very nice house. The children loved the pool, the temperature was really pleasant thanks to the cover.

A modern house, very well equipped, with rich decor and tasteful , offering large indoor and outdoor spaces, all for an unbeatable level of services for this price. The excellent price/service ratio! A week is obviously too short to get tired of breathtaking views, from waking up to bed. We had the chance this week to experience a wonderful full moon coupled with the perseids offering shooting stars to whoever wanted to admire them! Children, like adults, have more than enjoyed the pool from morning to night, again with the exceptional panoramic view. We also appreciated the location of the accommodation, at a respectable distance from the urban world thus offering calm and tranquility; but not far from all shops in St Peray or Guilherand, very convenient.

We had a great family weekend at Alexandre's place. The little ones loved it and will have great memories, like the big ones! We felt "at home". Thank you for everything. Nearby (20/50min) there is the Cité du Chocolat and the Ardèche train or the velorail which are also great to do with the family. Looking forward to coming back.

We spent 4 great days in this very pretty peaceful house, in a very quiet area. The key box system allows free check-in and checkout. The house is very functional, welcoming and pleasant. We slept very well. Gerard has thought of everything, whether it's the dishwasher tablets to coffee pods. We felt like we were at home and what a joy it was to get back to this lovely place after a day of intense karting. So thank you for everything Gerard. I keep the address and highly recommend this place for all lovers of calm.
