Our stay was perfect. The house is comfortable, delightful outdoor patio, fantastic bath and shower. Convenient to grocery, bus and park.

Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

An apartment with a lovely garden in a quiet area. Several vaporetto stops are within 10 minutes. You can reach everything within 20 minutes.

Nicoletta is a truly exceptional host. Her beautiful country house is even more charming in person—peaceful, welcoming, and full of character. Nicoletta went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and convenient for us. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend!

The chalet is in a very quiet and picturesque area. The hostess Rosanna was very friendly and always available. Our dogs loved the large garden. We enjoyed everything very much – thank you Rosanna, we highly recommend it.

There were three of us in April in the very nice cottage of Fabian and we enjoyed our time very much. We had a lot of bad weather, all the more we enjoyed the hot jacuzzi in rainy weather. Also in the house it never got too cold thanks to the fireplace. Directly from the house you can take a great hike. In half an hour drive you are in the higher mountains. Wonderful that you can visit many small and large cities in the area. Lots of good ice cream parlors and restaurants. We will be happy to come back.

Federico is a super helpful host, kind and very flexible on check-in and check-out times. The house is small but you don't miss anything. It has everything you need and is surrounded by nature and peace.

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

The apartment is very comfortable. We went in winter and we couldn't take much advantage of the terrace. The bathroom is very spacious and has good facilities. The mattress was very good and of good dimensions. There are some shops and a large supermarket nearby. The walk to downtown is relatively short and pleasant.

This really is a beautiful place to stay. Claudia and her family are the most perfect hosts. The apartment will not disappoint you, you have everything you need exceptionally clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable bed, AC for warmer days, great kitchen and shower room. We had a wonderful time at Claudia’s place. It’s beautiful house close to train station , vaporrate and other attractions but yet away from rush of the city. Our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard and host is very friendly. House was super clean and had all the necessary items which we needed.

The location is perfect close to San Marcos square. I solely booked for the rooftop terrace and location. It’s a unique space on the top floor of the building. The space has basically 3 levels. Great use of space with charm. It’s exactly as described and my family had a very pleasant stay. The host was very proactive, responsive, and also sent several tips and recommendations.

Check-in was easy to understand, as well as information about the surrounding facilities and bus stops to get to Venice.The kitchen was easy to use, and there was a supermarket nearby, so we had a pleasant time.Venice is about 30 minutes from the house, so it was not difficult to take the bus every day during my 3-night stay. Jessica, the host, always took care of us during our stay.This home is a great place to stay in Venice.

A wonderful apartment in a perfect location. Right in the pedestrian zone with restaurants,supermarket and bars but still very very quiet. Breakfast coffee (Goppion) right outside and recommended. After the day in Vendig or on the beautiful island, we came into the apartment with joy and were able to switch off immediately. The roof terraces are just incredible and have sun all day. We enjoyed using it to relax to end the day or take a break before dinner. Everything is sparkling clean and cozy. The bed is very comfortable. Elena is a perfect host. Amazing place with a terrace offering wonderful views of Venice! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Spacious room, well-lit dining room, tv area with skylight, and well-equipped kitchen. Would return if ever back in Venice!

Olivia's beautiful apartment immediately allowed us to immerse ourselves in the magical world of Venice. Staying in this historic building, decorated with great care was very nice. The neighborhood is both central and quiet, the top floor apartment is quiet. We loved enjoying the terrace with its beautiful city views. We'll be happy to go back!
