Our story in Transylvania begins in 2018, when we decided to move to Saschiz, a village that is part of the UNESCO world heritage. We offer accommodation in four traditionally furnished rooms, each with private bathroom, bicycles for rent, wireless internet for those who work remotely, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your daily meals, a barn as a dining area, wine cellar, gardean area, beach space and picnic. Our house is located right at the foot of the Peasant Fortress.

Situat la țară, în apropierea Parcului Național Piatra Craiului, în pădurea de lângă un lac cu pești, coliba cu farmecul ei de poveste te poartă într-o altă lume, departe de rutina cotidiană. Se încearcă imitarea unui trai arhaic. Are un design unic. Autonom și ecologic. Coliba nu se adresează celor pretențioși, este o experiență nu o simpla cazare. Fără curent electric de la rețea, cu un sistem fotovoltaic de 10 W pentru a încarca telefoane si 2 becuri pentru a ilumina noaptea.

Magical Hobbit House in the Forest – By the Lake

Located in the countryside, near the Piatra Craiului National Park, in the forest near a fish lake, the hut with its fairy-tale charm takes you to another world, away from the daily routine. It tries to imitate an archaic life. It has a unique design. Autonomous and ecological. The hut is not for the demanding, it is an experience not just an accommodation. No mains electricity, with a 10 W photovoltaic system to charge phones and 2 light bulbs to illuminate the night.

Heritage Blue House from 1903 / Marin village

The house was built in 1903 on a traditional technique combining wood, hay, manure and clay. It's decorated according to the local traditional style, the same way locals used to decorate their houses in the past century and all the textiles and most of the furniture are inherited from my grandmother. The blue color is representative for traditional houses around the country. We're glad to welcome you in our cozy place and to share with you a part of our culture.

The houses are built of cob, that mixture of clay, sand, straw and water, which, carefully shaped by the human hand, can turn a normal building into a dream place that reminds you of your grandparents' house or transposes you into a world of stories, reminding you of the wonderful world of childhood. The houses are oriented concentrically to keep you in this world, to break you from the reality around you, which brings you back to everyday life.
