Rustical house at a peaceful lake

The holiday home is located in the village of Besenyő, on the shores of the lake of the same name, 17 km from Sfântu Gheorghe and 30 km from Brașov. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, an exit to the terrace above the lake, an equipped kitchen, a pantry, and a bathroom with a shower. The large, shared bedroom is upstairs. In the courtyard there is a country house, a crane fountain, a swing, a sandbox, a children's castle, a stove suitable for barbecuing, and a private access to the lake. Our guests are free to use the boat and the surfboard.

The location is ideal for spending your holiday by the sea, being located right on the seashore near the beach in the North Escarpment district of Constanța - the Dolphinarium area located right at the entrance to the Mamaia resort. During the summer period, this neighborhood becomes a tourist area of interest due to its excellent position with easy access to all the objectives of the season, right next to the landscaped beaches, bars, terraces and restaurants (the famous Reyna restaurant is right in front of the apartment).

Top-rated location in Mamaia, 50m from the beach, Coral Beach offers an A.C. apartment, large furnished balcony overlooking the Black Sea, private parking for free. Free access to the public beach. Outdoor swimming pool (surcharged), June 15th until September 10th. Famous restaurants can be found in the vicinity as Scoica Land, La peste,Hanul cu peste. Grocery store, available 50 m away, starting June 15th. Also Carfourr, Lidl, Mega Image supermarkets, working entire year.
