We absolutely loved our stay at this house-it exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The home is filled with unique art and stylish decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a group of five couples, we had plenty of space to relax, and the rooftop garden quickly became our favorite spot to gather. A highlight of our trip was celebrating my husband’s birthday with an incredible Mexican dinner prepared by Raquel and Toñita-it was a truly memorable experience. The location is perfect, with everything just steps away, making it easy to explore the area on foot. We enjoyed every moment and are already planning our next visit so we can stay even longer. I appreciated how centric Lisette’s place was to many spots. The bed was incredibly comfy and enjoyed the items in the kitchen (like the many water bottles) for guests to use. One thing was that on our first night there was a lot of noise during the middle of the night but, that’s beyond the control of Lisette. However, if you’re a light sleeper I would recommend taking some ear plugs!

Wonderful, walkable location, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Sometimes Uber got confused with location, so we found that navigating to nearby Taqueria Don Frank worked well. The house was beautifully furnished, with lots of windows, art, very comfy beds, plenty of extra towels and linens and pillows, and a kitchen with everything we needed, including a nifty water filter pot! The security gates made us feel very safe, and the rooftop and kitchen patios were great for getting some air and viewing the city. Santiago was wonderful with communication, and gave us some wonderful tips for restaurants and things to do as well. Overall, a delightful experience!

Very clean, clear instruction, there was nothing missing. I loved it being near Chapultapec Park. Washer available upstairs that works very well. Alejandra is very friendly. She made sure everything was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay! Luz and Edith were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything smooth and easy. The place was very private, clean, and I felt completely safe. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Stay here—you won’t regret it! Very quiet and the decor is so tasteful.

This place is truly full of charm. It’s hard to find spots that are both minimally filled but still rich with character and this is it. I stayed for a month and the pillows and bed were wonderfully comfortable and the shower gets lovely and hot! Located across a wonderful coffee shop and close to Parque Mexico it really is a wonderful location. If I can, I’ll be back!

This apartment was well worth the visit! Everything looked exactly like the pictures, the terrace was lovely, and the furnitures and amenities were well maintained. The building was very safe and private with 24 hours doorman, and the neighborhood was peaceful and full of great restaurants and coffee shops. Mariana was very responsive and provided a lot of recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

This was literally one of the best Airbnb stays I've ever experienced for the cost. The host laid out very clear instructions on checking in and out with little to no need to communicate. All that was needed for a great vacation was available within the airbnb. The area was prime, with a starbucks and a second coffee shop right outside the building, MANY restaurants and bars walking distance, and tons to do. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Sylvia! Lovely apartment full of music and literature. Beautiful neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. There was a brief power outage due to very heavy rains when we stayed and the neighbors in the building were so kind to us, gave us candles and helped us charge our phones, despite us being foreigners with a language barrier. Demian was very helpful throughout. It’s a beautiful building and apartment with a lovely balcony in a beautiful area, would definitely stay again!

The apartment is all brand new and very charming for new construction. It’s in a pretty good neighborhood, close to lots of great restaurants and everything you need. The price is slightly on the higher side for the square footage, but it feels worth it since everything is new and well-designed. The AC works, though we wished it was a bit stronger—especially with the extreme heat in Mérida at the end of May. Also, the soap and shampoo provided smelled really good, which was a nice touch. Overall, a lovely stay.

This was the perfect apartment for our recent girls trip to CDMX! The apartment was bright thanks to the many floor to ceiling windows, the beds were comfortable, and the layout was great for two friends traveling together. We absolutely loved the location! There’s so much to do in the immediate area surrounding the apartment but the rest of Mexico City was very accessible from this location. The hosts were extremely responsive, they responded immediately when I couldn’t figure out the front door on check in (it’s easy to use once you know how to work it and we didn’t have an issue with it again). We’re already planning our next trip to Mexico City and would definitely book here again!

Perfect location! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and walking around the neighborhood. Public transportation is close by. Easy to check in. Great places to eat right around the corner. No complaints.

Great location at the hearth of Mexico City. The apartment is in very good condition. The hosts are super responsive to any of my questions and requests. During my stay, the only issue was that the building's elevator was not working. Hope this gets fix soon.

3rd or 4th time staying here. The apartment is cute, clean, great amenities, well lit, fast internet, hot water, great location and the hosts are super nice and responsive.

Agustina is an excellent host, always on top of everything. The apartment is in a safe, quiet and accessible area for walking to tourist places. A few steps away is the oxxo, a fruit shop, bakery, grocery store and pharmacy. As for the cleanliness, the apartment was spotless and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. We loved that the building had a rooftop from which you could see the whole city. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. We would definitely come back!!

Lilas apartment in centralized Juarez neighborhood felt both relaxing and peaceful, surrounded by a jungle of plants on the rooftop of the building, the apartment overlooks a great deal of the neighborhood and surrounding areas. All the windows made the place breezy and bright - beautiful way to wake up in Mexico City. Highly recommend and excited to come back and stay at Lilas!

The apartment was spotless. It is equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The location is very good, it is close to the subway and from there you can explore the whole city. The host responded quickly to all my questions, and there was even a cot available for my daughter. I would definitely come back.

The apartment was clean and easy to access the Dormans were friendly and helpful the only inconvenience was that the main entrance don’t have a ramp for the luggage so we needed to enter by the garage and no visitors allowed it’s a boomer cuz I have a lot of family that I haven’t seen for awhile they should be more open about it The location was great walkable for restaurants , bars & coffee places btw a lot of options the bottom line everything was great a have a great time Mariana was really helpful and she responded right away I’m definitely will be back

A great apartment in a very central location. The space had lots of natural light and the outdoor terrace was a nice oasis in the middle of the city. Would certainly stay again!
