We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

The stay for the 4 days was very pleasant. Christine has lovingly furnished the apartment. A very modern kitchen with all the appliances is well equipped. The conservatory with the fireplace is fantastic. Thank you for inviting me to the thermal bath, I enjoyed the evening very much. I'll be back with you on the next business trip in 2026. Thank you for everything....

The wooden house was really very clean. The kitchen is super equipped. Right outside the door you can leave for hikes. Petra responded very quickly and kindly to our questions. We really had some lovely family days in Gunzing!

The TinyHouse is beautifully and practically furnished with a wonderful view through the large window into the untouched nature. Very nice location on a meadow next to a farm (without animals). The outdoor area with meadow and trees is cosy and idyllic. In the distance, you can hear the motorway quietly, but this is pleasantly drowned out by the cheerful birdsong. The owners are friendly and helpful. Our journey was a bit tricky. I only entered the street and house number and Google picked this out for me but unfortunately a few kilometers away in another town. Overall a very nice stay.

This place is for the people who want to learn how people used to live in this area on vacation. My grandmother lived in such a house in the 1970s: tiled stove, dirt track, double windows. Pure nostalgia for me! It is in a beautiful area! The house has a modern kitchen, working and practically furnished bathroom and is sparkling clean. I found the decor very nice and very suitable for the house. I recommend the place to anyone who wants to experience a piece of history up close.

The (simple) apartment has everything you need - and with the table space in the garden in front of the door, more than you can expect. The traffic on the road is made up for by a considerate and prudent Jennifer. The interaction was straightforward.

We have been here for the second time and everything was perfect again. You feel at home, everything you need is there and the view of the garden is beautiful.

Very steep stairs to the bedrooms as the only "drawback", but it didn't matter to us. Straightforward and collaborative approach. Enjoyed it very much. Plenty of space for our wet tournament clothes and a cool pool after hot days. The rooster crows in front of the house, but if you don't want that, you might be better off on a city holiday. I'd come back anytime.

The apartment is quiet and easily accessible, lovingly and modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt at home at Ann's first moment and enjoyed staying with her very much! Ann is a wonderful host, she always shared with us with questions, even an appointment for the veterinarian she made clear for us with her doc when our dog needed dogs. Thank you, we would love to come back!

A pronounced oasis of well-being, we felt immediately at home. We were received in a very friendly and humorous way. This short break from the daily stress of everyday life has far exceeded our expectations.
