We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable; lots of privacy as well. The owners are very nice people. They showed us a nearby waterfall (walking distance) where you can swim. Stavanger and the coast are nearby (30-45 min by car). Highly recommended.

Siri and Jan were perfect hosts, the cottage was simple but functional. Extremely clean. And the view indescribably fantastic. Sitting on the terrace, a glass of wine in your hand, watching the sunset, you wouldn't pay for it with all the money in the world. We will be back!

After we discovered this dream house 2 years ago and were enthusiastic, we already knew in advance what to expect. You can't live more beautifully and comfortably on holiday - perfect and tasteful down to the last detail and all with very nice hosts. We would like to live here forever and hope to see you again. We had some wonderful days! Jan Einar is a very friendly and welcoming host who made us feel at home. The kids enjoyed fishing on the lake together with him! The view from the cabin is fantastic. In short, a lovely stay!

For three days, we got to know the special charm of a tiny house - small but beautiful! Everything beautifully designed and a great terrace with a fire bowl and a view of a beautiful garden. Cozy cottage with a great view (much better than in the pictures) that you get dragged by morning, noon and evening Lovely terrace area with sun loungers The outdoor shower worked fine Easy to find and a nice little path up to cabin Nice that it goes freely around the mountain (bells can be heard all the time) Good location for hiking. The area is so beautiful and wild - and deserted when you get out on the mountain. We hiked to Lauvnesknuten. We met one person on the entire trip and it was on the gravel road before we turned onto the trail. The walk up there is so nice, the trail is good, the last climb a little steep, but it's worth it when you reach the top. The view is indescribably beautiful. Definitely recommended - a little too many private things, so there's no room for guests' things, especially in the bathroom and bedroom We'd love to come again

One of the nicest places we've ever been to. The view is indescribable! We didn't want to leave. Unfortunately, we only booked two nights - far too short. You can walk to the center, and a supermarket is even closer. The kitchen is superbly equipped and has everything you need. We were allowed to even help ourselves to the plum tree in front of the house😍. The hiking areas are quickly accessible and totally worthwhile. Everything was great with baby (8 months), the apartment was very child-friendly (bed and high chair). We'll have to come back sometime. We came down like this, it was really great!!

We arrived by boat and got to stay by the jetty. Very nice!

We were only in this super cosy house for two nights. Everything was so cozy and the beds super comfortable! We've probably never slept in beds that smell so good! Communication with Kristian and Bente was very helpful and they proactively informed us of exceptional opening hours and closing times of the grocery stores. Thank you!! The bus stop is just down the street and a bus leaves for Stavanger every hour. We will certainly return to this beautiful area to explore the hiking trails.

A truly beautiful stay in the most breathtaking location. A real wild Norwegian experience in the cosiest home. Amazing hot tub with views over the rolling hills and a cosy log burner with plenty of logs provided!

The space is gorgeous. Very comfortably furnished and well equipped. Free parking right outside the door. Ideal location for excursions in the Stavanger area. Only a few minutes' walk to the city centre. Very dear hosts. :)

One of the best AirBnB stays I’ve had. Inger goes above and beyond for her guests to ensure they have a pleasant stay. Her garden is stunning and she rightfully takes a lot of pride in the work she has put into it. There were a few times I was unable to reach a certain destination by bus, and Inger kindly offered to drive me to the location. I would highly recommend staying here, it’s the perfect mix of privacy, relaxation and engaging in social opportunities if desired. Norway is amazing, and I would certainly choose to stay at this AirBnB if I were to visit Norway again.

Very nice stay, spotlessly clean home with all modern conveniences, good location close to the airport.
