Beachfront holiday rental in Rogaland

Great hosts and great accommodation.

The place is absolutely idyllic. If you want to feel like living in a botanical garden and fruit garden with own lake and boat, with unbelievable view, this is your place. Two more features that are very precious nowadays - silence and darkness. You can observe Milky Way and millions of stars from terrace. And all this in absolute silence, similar to what I experienced last time in my grandma’s timber cabin 40 years ago.

It was a wonderful week, soft perfect beds, well equipped house of high standard, very good wlan, good fishing boats, big freezer, own fishermen kitchen … and the best is simply the marvelous view 😁

Unfortunately, we caught a rainy week in Norway. We still went hiking, golfing and fishing, but also in the accommodation for many hours and enjoyed the surf from the living room through the beautiful window front. It's really indescribable.

The house had everything we needed, including a great shower. Hosts were friendly!

We were five adults on a trip and really enjoyed the house. There is a great patio in the back of the garden, and a kitchen with lots of equipment so it was fine to cook. Beds were good and soft. It was also extra fun with lots of local history books and we also tried one of the games there. We would love to go back.

Amazing place. Idyllic, beautiful fjord landscape near the Pulpit Rock. Possibility for swimming and borrowing sup boards/boat right outside. Recommended!

Wonderful set up, extremely well equipped and thoughtfully supplied apartment. Excellent value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by how convenient the location was, so many options for shopping and dining mere minutes away, yet located in a quain, leafy suburban street. The bed is lovely and comfortable. Huge shower and bathroom with a very nice shower head. We were in Stavanger for an event, so we only used the apartment as a base to rest and wash and for this it was absolutely perfect. Would definitely return again and hope to be able to enjoy the beauty of the location more next time. Thank you.

It is a nice house in a wonderful surrounding. we had lots of fun in the waterfall, the river and the fjord. The conversations with Olav were always on point and fast answered. I recommend it warmly.

We had a lovely vacation at Ashild's home. Her husband had warmly welcomed us upon arrival and instructed us in all things. A boat can also be rented for the stay. Unfortunately, we weren't so lucky with the weather. Maybe next time. 😊 The house was well furnished and we lacked nothing. Overall, everything was great👍😊. A beautiful place right at the water. Absolute maritime charm and highly recommended!

The place is quietly located. You'll find the time to unwind there. A great house and very lovingly furnished. Without a rental car, it would have been difficult to get back and forth from there. We had a great time and would be happy to come back!

I had a wonderful time in Suzannes apartment. You get everything what you need, the place is new, cozy and very clean. I really loved the view and the neighborhood. The little island where the house is located is sooo idyllic and definitely one of my favorite places in the area. Public transportation works well and you can have very nice walks in this peaceful area. It’s super quiet but still not far from the city. I’ll come back definitely :)

Wonderful location, breath taking view on the fjord and surrounding hills. Host are friendly and helpful and close by if you need them yet everyone enjoys their privacy. Nice, modern spacious home. Well equipped kitchen, small amenities provided. We got some help on finding hiking trails could rent the hosts boat. Excellent wifi to work remotely. Could not have asked for anything more. Perfect place close to the speedboat. Possibility to rent a boat. 4 double rooms on the 2nd floor. One in the basement with a private bathroom. Gold clean. Well-equipped. Service-minded hosting.

We were really well received and immediately felt at home. Great location right down to the Lysefjord. Great recommendations for hiking in the area, which offers much more than the Prejkestolen. All the way excellent and friendly communication.
