It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). Casa con bellissimo terrazzo. La casa si trova in posizione strategica per visitare la zona. Salò dista 10 minuti in macchina e Desenzano circa 30 minuti. Consiglio di avere la macchina per sfruttare al meglio la posizione della casa. - 3 camere - 2 bagni - Parcheggio interno - impianto Antizanzare Il fatto che sia in posizione strategica comporta la vicinanza della strada che può essere rumorosa in certi giorni ed orari ma comunque solo all'esterno mentre all'interno è silenziosa.
