The house is extremely comfortable: the rooms and beds are spacious, all bathrooms are complete and spaces for common use, also spacious. The appliances are modern and work well, including the air conditioning in every room. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe: it has 24h security at the entrance although they allow access to services of transportation platforms or Delivery which provides comfort. Access is with key, very convenient. Marcela was in touch before, during and after the trip, with a very good predisposition and with super clear communication. I definitely recommend it.

The site is close to Lage Park, Botanical Garden, Rodrigo de Freitas and Jockey Lagoon, etc. The surrounding village has all the facilities that a traveler needs, such as restaurants, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets, public transportation in front, etc. The place is as described and in the photos, compact, but functional. It has microwave, freezer and fan. It was clean and organized. Igor was kind, replied promptly, relaxed to leave the luggage earlier than scheduled for the check in and we still had the opportunity for a quick chat! The space is in a village, the gate that gives access to the street has a key, which makes it the safest and most quiet place. Recommended for short stays. Thanks for the stay, Igor!

I enjoyed everything both in Nicolas’s place and the island.. great security, fast responses and friendly responses to everything I needed or wanted.. great amount of space in kitchen bathroom bedroom and living space. I hit the lottery with staying at this location because it fulfilled all my expectations and more!! Friendly island and great vibe!!

Lela was very friendly and responsive from the start of our stay! The house is a piece of paradise in Rio, we are so happy we were able to experience this part of the city that is often forgotten. Very easy to reach from the centre, you take the metro and then a short boat ride - it's. such a fun experience if you're lucky you are able to see capybaras and even caimans. The waterways are pretty simple to navigate once you get the hang of it. There is a small shop nearby which is convenient and a larger shop on the island opposite which also has a great selection of restaurants. The kitchen is small and simple but does the job. The bed is extremely comfortable, we would come back in heartbeat!

We had a wonderful experience in this beach house! The atmosphere is super pleasant, well decorated and with a delicious energy — perfect for resting and enjoying with friends or family. The employee who attended us was extremely attentive, helpful and always willing to help with what was necessary. The house was impeccably clean and very well-equipped, just like in the photos. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

My experience in this Ipanema apart hotel was excellent. It has a 24-hour reception, which provides tranquility and flexibility, and the staff are very friendly. They offer daily cleaning, pre-arranged with you, and the apartment was spotless, with a fully-equipped kitchen for any meal. It is bright, well distributed, modern and comfortable, ideal for two people, with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The location is unbeatable: one block from Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon and four blocks from Ipanema beach. The area is full of bars and restaurants of all qualities, accessible by walking, although there are also excellent options further away. Everything is designed to comfortably enjoy the vibrant local life. Anna, the host, was attentive, although there was no need to contact her thanks to the quality of the place. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well located stay in Rio de Janeiro.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is amazing and exactly like in the pictures. The bed and the shower are great, the lighting of the environment is very good, and the 24-hour gatehouse has given us a lot of security. I was accompanied by one more person, and we were both very pleased. It was a flawless experience, and we can't wait to get back to staying in this amazing apartment. I had a good stay in the apartment of Stevan. The apto's location makes it much easier to move to other regions of Niterói or to Rio. The building is old and the premises are simple, but all clean. The host is very attentive, flexible and has great communication.

Sergio's apartment is a real refuge! The room and living room are very spacious and the view is simply stunning - the Lagoon with the Corcovado and the Dois Irmãos in the background is a postcard setting. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated, and the building is elegant and well located. Although I noticed a little street noise due to busy traffic, it didn't stop me from enjoying the beauty of the place. I would definitely return to this apartment!

Good place for those looking to be immersed in nature but relatively close to the center and the beach. The house has an interesting architecture, peaceful environment with beautiful kittens and many plants. Mr. Antônio is receptive and we are very comfortable. We had a quiet night.

The house is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. We loved the colonial style. The street is calm and quiet, easy access to the beach and supermarkets in the region. Gabriel is extremely polite and kind, always responding very quickly, providing us with all the necessary information. We'll be back for sure.

Antonio was very helpful and companionable, gave tips about the city, always called for an afternoon coffee and a game of dominoes at the end of the day. The house is immense, the garden is wonderful and there is a delicious swimming pool next to the hoses and banana trees for a nice swim. The house is rustic, but with all the amenities described.
