Meillä oli ihana loma tässä upeassa huvilassa! ☺️☀️ Talo oli siisti ja tilava, ja jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa oli oma kylpyhuone. Piha oli myös iso ja siinä oli hyvänkokoinen uima-allas. Saapuessamme jääkaapissa oli valmiina kylmää juotavaa sekä pientä syötävää, mikä oli todella ihana yllätys pitkän matkustuspäivän jälkeen. Kaikki sujui hyvin ja voimme lämpimästi suositella tätä huvilaa. Täällä tarvitset ehdottomasti auton liikkumiseen.

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Thank you! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an amazing week at the villa. Walkable to the beach, local towns , carrefour, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect inside and out and we had more than we needed. Thank you! We will be back!

Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

A beautiful villa, a fantastic pool and generous amounts of items, including crockery, cutlery, glasses, pool towels to name just a few. A perfect family villa for a wonderful holiday and in a beautiful location. I think we have all fallen in love with Murcia and the surrounding area. For our first visit, we had plenty to explore by foot. Christian was a super host and so helpful and quick to repond.

El apartamento era súper bonito tal cual las fotos, la piscina genial pero el camino para llegar era de tierra y era un poco difícil de acceder, el anfitrión súper receptivo y amable en todo momento, lo recomiendo sin duda

Lovely villa just what we were looking for, would have been nice if there had been a couple of more nice restaurants near by but all and all we had a nice peaceful holiday

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

Alquilamos el apartamento de Mercedes por una semana y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, con preciosas vistas y todo muy limpio. Cada vez que necesitábamos un utensilio o aparato x, lo encontrábamos sin problema. Nos sorprendió gratamente que no entrasen mosquitos ni con las ventanas abiertas por la noche, aún así, disponíamos de enchufes y sprays antimosquitos, lo cual se agradece. Sin embargo, hubo un par de detalles que nos habría gustado saber de antemano: no se nos avisó de que la piscina estaría en obras toda la semana. Fue una pena, ya que era un servicio (incluido en el total) que en su día valorábamos mucho a la hora de escoger alojamiento y que, finalmente, no pudimos disfrutar. Además, el ventilador de techo no funcionaba correctamente con el mando: se podía encender la luz, pero no conseguimos que llegara a dar aire. A pesar de estos aspectos, es un muy buen apartamento para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y cómodas.

We had a very pleasant stay, a nice quiet area and very close to the sea. It's about a 10 minute walk into the town with bars and restaurants and there are bars and restaurants on the sea front just a small stroll away. A nice peaceful area to have a chilled stay with everything you need in the accommodation including a nice terrace on the top with views of Mar Manor. Victor was very helpful and accommodating and even arranged a taxi for us to take us back to the airport. If you want a nice relaxing holiday, I highly recommend.

100% recomendable. El anfitrión nos proporcionó caja de llaves, facilitandonos la llegada, ya que ibamos a llegar por la noche. Las instrucciones muy claras. El alojamiento es tal cual a las fotos, muy buenas calidades, limpieza de 10, buen menaje de cocina, utensilios de hogar (cafetera, hervidor, tabla de planchar... etc) y ropa de cama y de aseo. La zona es tranquila, cerca de la playa (para ir caminando) y con supermercados y restauración al lado. La urbanización está muy bien cuidada y la piscina con muy poca gente (en Junio ). Hemos tenido muy buena experiencia.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

A lovely apartment with a garden view and access to a lovely pool. I loved the access to watersports right next door at Mar Menor, and the convenience of Spinosa restaurant. I loved the dog beach and watching the Patrulla Agila display team.

Ich habe 3 Monate in der sehr schönen Wohnung von Mateo verbracht. Es ist eine sehr moderne Wohnung mit hochwertiger Einrichtung. Alles war blitzsauber. Mateo war immer erreichbar und hat sehr schnell reagiert, wenn ich eine Frage oder Bitte hatte. Die Wohnung liegt nur 100 m vom Strand und der schönen Strandpromenade entfernt. Eine große Dachterrasse, die exklusiv zu dieser Wohnung gehört, ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft von Mateo empfehlen.

Ginés est très serviable, attentionné et accueillant. L'appartement a une vue imprenable, encore plus que sur les photos. D'une propreté impeccable l'appartement de Ginés est très confortable. C'est simple, envie de revenir ici. Marijke

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

Nada que reprochar. La casa estaba en perfecto estado, como aparecía en las fotos, y Claudio estuvo muy atento siempre que lo necesité. Además, el piso esta situado a escasos metros de la playa como bien indica en la descripción, y la zona es muy tranquila, no hay nadie que te pueda molestar. Ha sido todo un acierto haber pasado 5 días allí y muy agradecido con el trato fenomenal de Claudio.

Hemos estado muy a gusto! Las vistas son impresionantes. Carlos ha sido muy amable! Volveremos !

Audra and Paola were very helpful and responsive. The apartment is modernised and well equipped. It is close to the beach and restaurants. We had a flight delay on arrival and Paola was able to meet us later than planned at short notice which was very helpful to us.

Great stay! Very spacious apartment, great for kids with a very secure balcony area. Walking distance to the hotel, paddle courts, boulevard (where there are plenty of restaurants) and the local spar. Would recommend a car hire as there are some fantastic restaurants in Los Alcazares and a great beach with beach bars about 15min drive away! Øystein was so helpful throughout our stay and will deff be back to the apartment in the future :) Thanks again Oystein

This was the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stylish furniture. Our flight was early and we were able to get in to the apartment early too. The underground carpark was great too. The south facing balcony was superb and very private. The apartment block was quiet too. Walkable to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also 5 minute drive to 3 different golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it !

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotografías e incluso mejor: el aspecto es “a estrenar” recién pintado, suelos y muebles impecables y con todos los accesorios que se puedan necesitar: cafetera de cápsulas, tostadora, alarmas y persianas totalmente opacas y eléctricas. Desde todas las habitaciones puede se puede ver el mar y la luz que entra es extraordinaria. La playa está a 5 min y un gran supermercado a 1 min. Además, David es un súper anfitrión, siempre pendiente y de los que lo demuestran en la adversidad. Tuvimos un problema puntual de limpieza el primer día y David lo resolvió inmediatamente, con empatía y una flexibilidad asombrosa. Recomiendo este apartamento al 100%
