Just left an amazing weeks stay at Jukka’s Villa. We had an amazing time, everything as described and Jukka was an amazing host, couldn’t have asked for anything more. There is everything you could need, he really has thought of everything! We will definitely be coming back.

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

The apartment was really nice, just like the photos, the pool was great but the road to get there was dirt and it was a bit difficult to access, the host was really responsive and friendly at all times, I definitely recommend it

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

A lovely apartment and location. The apartment is stunning, and really a great and flexible space to enjoy yourself whatever the weather. It had everything we needed and having cooked most nights a good selection of pans and utensils to get things ready. On the sunny days we really enjoyed the pool (it was a bit cold for me - our boys loved it) and we relaxed upstairs on the solarium. The lake was having some renovation work during our stay, so we did not use it, it still looked beautiful. We made the most of exploring the local area, Los Alcazares, is a 5 minute drive away, with beaches and a great promenade for walks. It also has all you need in terms of supermarkets, shops and eateries. The resort is well located, close to key arterial roads. We took trips to Cartagena and Murcia. Murcia is a lovely city with a great mix of history as well as modern retail. Thank you for a lovely place for our first family holiday. We loved it.

We were very last minute and they accommodated us which was great and was able to check in within an hour of booking. 100% recommended. The host provided us with a key box, making it easy for us to arrive, as we were arriving at night. The instructions are very clear. The accommodation is just like the photos, very good quality, 10/10 for cleanliness, good kitchenware, household utensils (coffee maker, kettle, ironing board... etc) and bed and toilet linen. The area is quiet, close to the beach (walking distance) and with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The development is very well maintained and the pool has very few people (in June). We had a very good experience.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

A lovely apartment with a garden view and access to a lovely pool. I loved the access to watersports right next door at Mar Menor, and the convenience of Spinosa restaurant. I loved the dog beach and watching the Patrulla Agila display team.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to reproach. The house was in perfect condition, as it appeared in the photos, and Claudio was very attentive whenever I needed it. In addition, the apartment is located a few meters from the beach as indicated in the description, and the area is very quiet, there is no one who can bother you. It was a real success to have spent 5 days there and very grateful with Claudio's phenomenal treatment.

Audra and Paola were very helpful and responsive. The apartment is modernised and well equipped. It is close to the beach and restaurants. We had a flight delay on arrival and Paola was able to meet us later than planned at short notice which was very helpful to us.

Great stay! Very spacious apartment, great for kids with a very secure balcony area. Walking distance to the hotel, paddle courts, boulevard (where there are plenty of restaurants) and the local spar. Would recommend a car hire as there are some fantastic restaurants in Los Alcazares and a great beach with beach bars about 15min drive away! Øystein was so helpful throughout our stay and will deff be back to the apartment in the future :) Thanks again Oystein

This was the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stylish furniture. Our flight was early and we were able to get in to the apartment early too. The underground carpark was great too. The south facing balcony was superb and very private. The apartment block was quiet too. Walkable to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also 5 minute drive to 3 different golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it !
