Monthly Rentals in Rocky Point

I already left a review as I originally booked for 1 week but as Olivia’s place was so nice and peaceful I extended for an additional 2 weeks as I was originally going to only book for 1 week then stay in another area but I decided to stay at Olivia’s. I felt right at home and she was always so friendly and helpful and checked in regularly.

I have no complaints, my stay was exceptional. I felt at home.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was exactly what I needed. Somewhere private & peaceful. The communal pool was a very nice addition for days you just want to relax. My only issue was not having a washing machine, as I stayed for 3 weeks & without my brother living close & owning one, cleaning my clothes would have been a problem. Alecia was a great host & anything I contacted her about, she was very friendly & helpful. Overall I loved my stay & didn’t really want to leave. Next time I am in Jamaica, I will definitely be staying in the same place. Thank you Alecia for being a great host.

We often come to Jamaica for vacation on the North shore and travel down for a day to visit family. This visit was for family and Everton place was perfect. His instructions to get to the house were very clear. I felt safe after going through two security gates. The house is beautiful. From the beautiful yard to the details he put into the house itself. Everton responded to all or my questions and request very quickly. He gave great suggestions for resturants around Old Harbour. You can tell that Everton cares about his property and guest. We have a new place to stay when we visit again.
