Feel free to borrow the rowing boat to test the recognized fine fishing waters or borrow a bicycle to explore the nearby area. Hike along Kalmarsundsleden and feel the Småland history between stone walls, sea and cultivated landscape. Sofa/day bed that pulls out to a double bed and a wide loft bed with ladder. Bed space for 3 but recommended for 2. Warm welcome!

Nice cottage with double bed and sofa bed (sleeps 4) including bed linen. Large smart TV and WiFi. Super location close to Kalmar but still in the countryside. Biking distance to Hansa City and its shopping. Cozy roads for cycling or walking. Several nightingales on the premises. Kitchenette with an induction plate, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Barbecue outside and table and chairs both inside and out. Bathroom with toilet, shower and towels. The train passes the plot at a distance only during the day, safety fence.

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Det finns en altan med morgonsol och en altan mot väster för sköna grillkvällar, kvällsmys och fina solnedgångar över hav och natur. Två ordentligt tilltagna sovrum samt ett kök mittemellan dessa. Optimalt bor 4 personer här, men det finns 8 sovplatser om ni är beredda att bo lite mer trångt. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kommunalt vatten.
