This house exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, roomy and immaculate! We all felt right at home, such a cozy home! Fenced in yard was private and a great area for kids to play. The host was very responsive, helpful and kind! I would recommend this host without hesitation! I want to add that this house has everything! There’s everything you need to function when you’re away from home! There was even a doggie towel ! The host really goes the extra mile. It was all appreciated.

We rented this house very last minute when we had plumbing issues at our own house. Josh responded to our booking request within minutes. We had an AC issue on the 2nd night and Josh responded right away and came over to fix it. The house was very clean, quiet and simple. We were comfortable. We have family from out of state that comes to the area often and we will recommend this house for future visits.

I loved my brief stay here. I need an early arrival and Darcy was quick to respond and able to make it happen. The house is cozy and was perfect for my needs. If I am looking for a place stay the next time I am in town for work, I hope this will be available.

My wife, 3 pups and I had a great relaxing stay. Larger than expected backyard, great pool and outdoor area as well as incredible convenience to what felt like a private beach — rode bikes to the beach one day, drove 3 mins and parked all other days. AM Walks on the beach, convenience to groceries, shopping and any restaurant the area has to offer as well as quiet area … made this a perfect, flexible location for us. Terese provided recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had. If in the area again, we will look to reserve again!

We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament at Space Coast, and it was perfect—only about a 20-minute drive from the fields. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the boys especially loved having the pickleball court to burn off extra energy. The game room was so fun for the kids! The house was spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us, which can be hard to find! Also, there are plenty of towels for everyone. Morgan was great to communicate with and super helpful throughout our stay, even sending friendly reminders about trash day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future!

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Had a great week at this cute and thoughtfully designed place in Palm Bay! It had everything we needed—including laundry—and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Quiet and peaceful with the surrounding woods. Cooper was attentive and proactive in making sure that our stay was the best it could be! 10/10 would stay here again.

The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

The Hidden Haven was perfect for our stay in the Cocoa / Merritt Island area. It was clean and comfortable and quiet and just we needed for down time after spending time with the grandkids that live in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. We'll definitely be back!

This was our second stay at Philip's place. Great location right in the center of town. The place is very roomy and well kept. It's an upstairs apartment in one of the old downtown buildings with stores and restaurants below. Cool place! You have to climb a fairly set of steps to get up to the room. Would stay again.

We were happy staying and are planning to book again. Everything was clean and comfortable inside the house and no more than 10 minutes from anything we needed. The backyard was well maintained and so nice to have with our dogs, who were comfortable as well.

Overall it was a great stay. Some stains in coffee cups and a TAD bit of hair in/ on a few towels; neither were a big deal. It was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. Also loved the easy checkout.

It was a really enjoyable stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and close to the Village. What more could you ask for?

We stayed at Lorena's place before and enjoyed it. It is exactly what we want when visiting. We plan on staying again if we can book it. Lorena and husband was quite friendly and helpful.
