The top level offers a private, dedicated entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room and a show stopping kitchen. The bottom level is occupied. The Pleasant Hollow is outfitted with fast Wifi throughout, smart tvs in each bedroom and the comfortable living room. The only shared space is the driveway.
