Fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor bar seating, fire pit and covered front porch make this space perfect for relaxing after a long day of riding ATV’s, hunting, or fishing.

Cozy Farm Cottage with a View 3.3 MILES OFF I-77

Come enjoy quiet seclusion on a 210 acre farm located 5 miles from Winterplace ski resort and Weathered Grounds Brewery and only 3 miles off the Ghent exit! Self check-in on a private half mile long road. Feed the fish with two ponds full of blue gill, coy, bass and catfish. Hike or mountain bike on miles of trails throughout the property! Then come drink hot chocolate next to the fireplace, or have a glass of wine while watching the sunset on the covered porch!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Easy access to Hatfield McCoy Trails ( no trailering required) Indian Ridge, Pinnacle Creek, Pocahontas Trail, Outlaw Trails, and Warrior Trails. Food, gas and restaurants are a short ride away on you ATV. We do have WELL WATER a new water filtration system has been installed. If at any time you see an issue please message me. The filter can be changed in less than 5 minutes.

Spend your days riding the trails. Once you un-trailer your ATV, you will not need to move your vehicle. With an ATV friendly town nearby, ride to the grocery store, gas station, Lynn’s Drive Inn or Buffalo Trail Restaurant. With trails accessible nearby you won’t waste anytime getting to the fun!
