Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

This little cottage is a Rock Island Historic house. Nestled among the large Victorians, it was built in 1879 and housed various workers, from a blacksmith, to a wallpaper hanger! Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! One of the loveliest stays I have had. Jennifer was very warm & accommodating. Her place is a beautifully renovated home & the attention to detail (with regard to providing everything you might need) was such a lovely touch. I felt like i was staying with a long time friend or relative. 10/10 the next time i male this trip- i will definitely be staying here if it’s available.

This place was so cute and is so well taken care of. The location is quite and near lots of things and food near by definitely a great weekend there looking for homes. unfortunately or daughter got sick on the morning of checkout and we were not able to wash the towels before leaving! I'm sorry about the towels.

Everything went well and we enjoyed the comfortable house. Plenty of room and we could spread out. Passed on info to fix one bed downstairs. The bonus of the pool table, Foosball and video arcade games were really fun and much enjoyed! Stayed with extended family for Augie graduation and location was wonderful. Would love to see again as more rehab is completed, great now and has even more potential! Thanks so much!
