Monthly Rentals in Rock Creek Park

I stayed with Nisha for a month and I knew it was going to be a great stay when she reached out immediately after booking to welcome me and connect! She was very flexible with me at check-in and check out, which helped a ton! I had a smoke detector alarm start beeping and she responded within 2 minutes on instructions on how to fix it, amazing communication. The basement is very clean, you can tell it is well taken care of. Well located, not far from the red line train (takoma). Thank you Nisha for the amazing month! Go big blue forever!

Katherine and Bruno were great hosts. Always willing to help and make recommendations. The apartment was clean and cozy. A pleasant surprise was how kids friendly the place was - lots of toys and activities to keep the little one engaged. Their backyard is also quite attractive to slightly older kids than ours and they graciously allow us to use the toys and equipment they have installed for their family. Once checked in, they were quite responsive over text messages and were always available for a chat if needed. The sleeping arrangements are comfortable for two people, 4 can barely fit- but that's clearly mentioned in the listing. The only thing to keep in mind - if the weather is changing drastically throughout your stay- too hot/cold- as it did in our case, make sure to communicate your preference for the AC/heating. Some of that control needs to be adjusted by them, so be mindful and let them know at a reasonable hour - they will gladly adjust things to your preference and comfort

Serena was a wonderful host. She went the extra mile & left lists of places to eat, emergency services, & the map for the metro. She also has extra comfort items for her guests (robes, slippers, cleansing items). It’s a very comfortable, clean space in a nice and quiet area. Would love to book again!

This is a gem you don’t want to miss if you are going to sightsee in DC! An easy 20 minute walk to the metro train station that will put you right by the museums, airports, restaurants, etc. Super clean and cozy place and a friendly host! She even had umbrellas for us, which came in handy for an unexpected rain storm. This was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge!
