Excellent space, especially as it was dog friendly! Excellent value; the space is enormous! We did learn upon arrival that the downstairs neighbor has a dog, and he was a barky boy for sure (but otherwise never would have known there was a downstairs neighbor!) Recommended!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding weekend! This house was absolutely perfect for our wedding party. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained everything was. The open floor plan and large common areas were perfect for hosting pre-wedding celebrations, and the cozy bedrooms ensured everyone had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for the group, and the outdoor patio was an amazing spot for morning coffee and evening toasts. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create memories with our closest friends and family. Highly recommend this home for any special occasion or just a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

A spacious, comfortable place in a beautiful old home in the Neighborhood of the Arts, within walking distance of three major museums and the Eastman School/Symphony Hall. Location is almost perfect, e.g., one block from MAG and ten minutes walk from Park Ave restaurants. Decor is tasteful and subdued (in a good way). Host is efficient and house rules are amenities are clear and easily accessible (though I had some trouble with live streaming TV, probably because I don’t as born before even cable).

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The location couldn't have been better. Park Ave and NOTA were just a walk away, and East Ave was lined with stunning homes. But the highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. During the solar eclipse, they set up some chairs and toys to keep the kids entertained in the yard. It was a really thoughtful gesture that showed how much they care about their guests' experience. We can't recommend this place enough!

This place looks exactly like the pictures and is very welcoming and cozy. It has all of the amenities that a home should have and private of street parking. We love how modern this home is.

We have a large group that takes a yearly trip to a different state. We had to change the date & location at the last minute. We found this place & loved it. It fit our large group perfectly, & it was definitely more fun than staying in separate hotel rooms. The view of the lake was wonderful. The host, Pete, was very quick in responding to any questions. We would definitely come here again.

Really nice place. Was perfect for a one night stay. Communication was fast and easy. Only thing I didn’t realize was how close the pool house was to the main house. Overall a good experience.

I loved staying with Greg and Bunny! They were very friendly, enjoyed our conversations. The house was beautiful (he designed and built it himself) and my stay was very peaceful! Love the little kitty too! Thank you! Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location, Suzy is a great host

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

The place is beautiful, tastefully decorated! Vibe was quickly responsive when I contacted them concerning difficulty getting into room. This is where my confusion arose. Upon confirmation receipt, I was advised "when facing the hotel, go to the far left side of the bldg (see photo below). Look for the railings, where you'll find row of lockboxes". (I went along handrailing to left/outside looking for lockboxes on WALL - none there). On check in day, I rec'd video of how to check in, which instructed go thru lobby to elevator, up to room. So, I went thru lobby per video rec'd, and into elevator (girl at desk provided elevator access), up to room and there was lockbox outside of room but no key in lockbox. Sent txt to Vibe, they called/advised cleaning person forgot, and would get me key. After waiting I txted again, Vibe told me to try lockbox for room across hall. Key in there, they advised just use that room. Discovered 2 days later that lockboxes are outside on fence.

Outstanding condo. Beautifully appointed, comfortable, spacious, with plenty of amenities. Close to restaurants, the waterfront and downtown Canandaigua.

I highly recommend Elizabeth's place. It was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance of Blue Cross Arena. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Elizabeth was responsive and we loved her place. we would definitely stay here again!
