Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Roche

We finished a 3 week tour of Spain in Vejer and could not have been more happy to finish it in Gail's place. The place is well located (5mn walk to where the action starts) and quiet at night (zero noise). The authentic vintage furniture was a nice break from all the typical Ikea-furnished Abnbs. The beaches are at 10/15mn drive, but Vejer is perhaps one of the nicest place where we stayed in Spain, so well worth it. We will definitely come again!

Kelly's place is amazing! The location is perfect - right in town with many places to walk to right outside the door. The place itself is so special, an old villa with modern amenities. We had a group of 10 and it was more than enough space. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed, and we were able to cook easily. We have small kids and Kelly even though of things for the kids - toys, train sets, pencils and paper to draw, and a pack n play available on request. The rooftop terrace was wonderful to sit and enjoy the sunrise/set. And Kelly's communication made it feel like we were staying at a friend's house - she gave us restaurant suggestions and was readily available to answer questions. Vejer as a town is beautiful and there are plenty of places to drive to for a day trip. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed for weeks more!

The house seems expensive, but when you enjoy it, you see the number of rooms, the tranquility and the intimacy it has, it's even cheap. Everything has a rustic and country feel, it's not urban luxury but rural luxury. To repeat, unforgettable

Owning a property ourselves in the area, which we have a long term let on, we know the area very well, so our expectations were met. The house was spotless, very well laid out, and had ample accommodation for our family party of five. It's location of La Noria is about a 15-minute walk into the centre of Vejer. All in all, we were very happy and would book this house again! Five Stars!

We had a wonderful week in Marta’s apartment. It is located in the heart of Vejer old town with amazing views from the fantastically well equipped terrace which had a space for every activity and weather condition. The patio downstairs was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped with staples such as oils, vinegar and spices so we could easily knock up a salad dressing. The bathroom is beautiful with a lovely shower with both a rain shower and power shower head and Marta provided lots of towels for every occasion - big fluffy ones for the bathroom, yellow ones that matched the terrace and big beach ‘rugs’ and the bedding was good quality. For a compact and bijou space it is amazingly well thought out and equipped and we were missing nothing. As a host Marta was exceptional - she provided tons of information about places to visit and cultural events. Thank you Marta, we had a wonderful time and you were an excellent cultural ambassador

The house met expectations. Everything was taken care of in great detail. Very comfortable, tidy and clean house. Very friendly and quick service. I recommend it 100%

Beautifully designed apartment in excellent location. The only suggestion we would have would be to have a mirror somewhere else other than the bathroom as it was a little hard to get ready. But absolutely loved the apartment. It’s stunningly decorated with incredibly high ceilings.

Manuel was an exceptional host, always attentive to offer me a hand in whatever I needed, plus a super friendly and pleasant person. The apartment... Much better than I expected. All the appliances were completely new as well as the cleanliness of the same excellent. Well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and more. The mattress in the room, incredible, rests super well and the sofa is a very good quality and extra large sofa-bed. Air conditioning in bedroom, living room and kitchen. Windows equipped with mosquito screens. The perfect bathroom. The sink has a very nice design and the shower and hot water without any problem. It has a terrace with its table and chairs to eat outdoors and enjoy the sunset. Lastly, the decor, the colors and materials of the apartment super nice and beautiful. Shopping area with supermarkets very close by. In short, a highly recommended choice, I hope to return soon.

Our stay went very well. Fernando is a responsive, accommodating and very kind host. The apartment was clean and matched the photos.

No problems and good location.A little noisy at times with above and below apartmentos. No air con in bedroom ergo a bit warm at night.

If I could give it more than 5 stars, I'd do it without thinking! This place is one of those that seem too good to be true... but it is. The decoration, the taste in every detail, the impeccable cleanliness... everything conveys warmth, style and a lot of care. But what really makes the difference are the hosts: attentive, kind, generous and always available. You can tell when someone not only rents a space, but truly wants you to have a special experience. I would come back one and a thousand times. I recommend it 100%, with my eyes closed and my heart happy. 💫

No problems whatsoever. It is a great area to spend a holiday and the house was perfect for our family with 2 little children. Plenty of space in and around the house. Despite some very hot weather the house was always nice and cool inside.

The place is stunning, and only a short taxi ride from Jerez. Eduardo was responsive and super flexible. The house was fully equiped and the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Can’t recommend it enough.

My time on Marisma Spirit was just a treat. I stayed with Sarah and Jens for 13 days and felt thoroughly comfortable. It was great to have my little finca all to me and really be able to immerse myself in my own rhythm. There was everything I needed, best kitchen equipment, coffee, oil & spices, as well as plenty of soap & firewood - on the cooler evenings the fireplace spread warmth & coziness. Mosquitoes exist, but just as well suited mosquito screens and many hours of sunshine that I could simply lie on the terrace without being stung. The whole place and surroundings are beautiful, there are plenty of animals to discover and hear (wonderful to fall asleep to a frog concert). I was able to take long hikes and also just drive to the beach by car (first about 10 minutes sandy road, slowly driving even for the chic rental car no problem). Thank you for everything Jens and Sarah and we look forward to seeing you again!

A wonderful place, near the sea in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed the peaceful garden and pool. Inside also a great place and nice restaurants just around the corner. Eduardo is very kind and helpful!

We had a great time in Parisito Beach, the house is very nice and comfortable. Excellent hosts, they gave us clear instructions from the first day, they attended quickly and were always pending.

The house is very nice and spacious. All worked very well, communication with the host was easy. The house is really good for kids since there is a fance around the Pool and toys available.

Practically perfect in every way. This was genuinely one of the best equipped and most welcoming places we have stayed in. The villa was a brilliant base for the five of us and Monique was a friendly and super-responsive host who was always willing to help with queries ranging from lighting the fire (unseasonably cold weather) to the hot water (teenagers and showers!). The indoor space is cosy but with plenty of room for five of us to spread out, and there are a series of great sun traps outside. There’s a hammock and a fab gas bbq - what more could you want on holiday. The location is quiet and tucked away, but within an easy stroll of places to eat, a great beach down the cliff steps and a well stocked supermarket. Other bars and restaurants are a pleasant walk away and Lidl etc. can be found in Barbate about a 20 minute drive away if you need to stock up. We’ve been lucky enough to stay in some amazing places but this was one of the very best. We will return!
