Stone Cottage in Grounds of a 16th-Century Castle

The cottage sits on the grounds of a castle dating back to 1543 offering an authentic stay. The interior retains a decor that matches the historic charm of the area with modern comforts added and a shared pool in the stunning gardens outside. This is our smallest cottage and cannot take an additional bed or cot. The other cottages are all larger and can do this. All 3 cottages can be rented separately or together. They are in the grounds of a 16th century castle with beautiful gardens and large swimming pool enclosed by stone walls. The lower salon and summer kitchen in the main chateau is available to share. Access is by the side garden gate and all cottages are accessed by stone steps- sadly not suitable for wheelchairs. We will most likely be present living in the main Chateau and available to help and advise about restaurants and things to do in the area. We will share the pool and gardens. The old village is in a beautiful part of France that is has retained its iconic beauty through the centuries and still feels untouched by modern life in many places. Experience true local dining and bakeries with scenic walking trails all around. parking is in the church square below the Chateau. There is a local taxi service in the village and bus service to Avignon, Banyols sur Ceze and Uzes but car hire is recommended. We are 20 minutes from Avignon TGV rail station and about an hour from Marseille, Nimes or Montpellier airports. The cottages are completely private and tranquil.

Corner of Paradise, Pool House

"Coin de paradis" is a stone gîte with unique views of the village vineyard. We revived this old sheepfold, which has become a quiet and elegant vacation spot, ideally located between Grignan, Nyons and Dieulefit. The combination of stone and modern renovation make it a spacious and very pleasant place in any season, for a perfect stay for families or groups of friends. Come and recharge your batteries! Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool from June to October, and the SPA from October to May.

Maju, an elegant house located in Nyons, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale and just a 10-minute walk from the historic town center, features a welcoming living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (including 2 master suites with 160 cm beds and en-suite bathrooms, and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a separate bathroom), and 2 toilets. Grignan Centre house Vega

In the heart of the beautiful medieval village of Grignan. At the foot of the castle, discover this warm house of the 17th century. Its interior of 60 m² really cozy in three levels, will offer you all the necessary comfort for your stay. Downstairs, a nice dining kitchen is equipped with a toilet. On the first level, a sitting area TV and reading, on the last level a nice bedroom with bed 160 and a beautiful bathroom. A magnificent stone staircase connects the different levels.
