A perfect stay. Super flexible on check-in and check-out times, always quick and comprehensive responses. The house is perfectly positioned if you want to visit the beauty of the Nebrodi and the village of Longi is nice and quiet. The interior of the house was super clean and original, great welcome. Staying at Caterina and Francesco’s home in Nicosia was one of the most special experiences of our trip to Sicily. The house itself was cozy, welcoming, and full of charm — but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and generosity of their family. One of the absolute highlights was being invited by Caterina’s and Francesco’s wonderful parents to learn how to cook a traditional Sicilian three-course dinner. Not only did they patiently teach us step-by-step, but we also got to share the meal together, creating memories we’ll treasure forever. It was an experience filled with kindness, laughter, and incredible food — truly a taste of real Sicilian hospitality. We felt like part of the family and left with full hearts (and full stomachs!).
