Good accomodation, clean and well kept. Has everything you need for a short stay. It's outside the main city/village so you need a car. Definitely recommend. The room can get quite hot , so may be a challenge for summer period since no airco is available.

Really nice accommodation inside a farm. 15 minutes from Brunico and convenient for any excursion in this area of South Tyrol. Impeccable cleanliness and a really friendly and cordial host. His eggs were delicious!!! It's wonderful to wake up surrounded by farm animals. We'll definitely be back.

Giacomo Apartment is a really nice alternative to the many overpriced offers on Lake Garda. Since he lives in the house himself, he is constantly trying to keep his apartment in good shape. In the first few days, we tried to walk from the house to the city or sometimes to a restaurant, a little higher up the mountain. Although we were already used to mountains as Wuppertal residents, the climbs were challenging for us. Especially in the heat.

Amazing location with beautiful views, the place had everything you could need and only a short walk to the closest shop, would happily stay here again!

Very cozy, nice and clean apartment with beautiful views. Various cycling and hiking trails from the village. Supermarket within walking distance. Wonderful surroundings. Laura is a fantastic host. Super communication, information about the area. We got a lovely surprise: vegetables from her own garden and local food. If you love the mountains and peace and nature, this apartment is highly recommended. We recommend 100%!

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!

An extremely beautiful place!! Calm and quiet. For those who like nature, it's the ideal place. It has nearby markets and restaurants. Very close to the Alpe di Siusi, which is also an excellent tourist attraction. We were very pleased

We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

Your place from Sergio was very nice. In winter with a lot of snow, you need snow chains. You have it very quiet and yet supermarkets can be reached quickly and you can only drive to the Sella Ronda in 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The well-equipped kitchen. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information you need to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a basket of fruits, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! This place is just amazing! You will not regret booking here. Dario, Annalisa’s brother who lives next door, was just so helpful and kind. Every detail has been thought of, including a cold local Prosecco in the fridge which was delicious! We explored the vineyards and just relaxed on the terrace. The views are spectacular. We travelled with our three small children and they had the best time. Highly recommend!

A wonderful place where we hope to return! We stayed for the Easter holidays with our two small children and grandparents. We all had a great time. The house has convenient access and offers all the comforts, both inside and out, thanks also to the lawn and proximity to the river, reachable in a few steps, where the children were able to play freely. Balconies and rooms enjoy a magnificent view; the silence and tranquility have conquered us, even if it does not give us the feeling of being isolated. The landscapes around are simply fairytale. A great THANK YOU to Eligio and his wife, who welcomed us with much care and hospitality. They were always available, responding quickly to every need and also helping us with some small inconveniences we had with the car.

The place was so cute and relaxing. Alessandro was very helpful because it was hard to find the place and we called in the middle of the night and he answered the phone and helped us it was really professional. Everything was great.

We spent a wonderful month at Daniel’s place. Daniela and her parents were very caring and always extended their helping hands whenever we needed it. We had a mishap during our stay and the way she and her father Francesco supported us and helped us get our rhythm back made me very grateful to them. During this stay we built great friendships with Daniela and her parents in spite of language barriers. Francesco shown a heartwarming gesture of driving down 20 kilometres to bid us goodbye and give us a farewell gift. Thank you for your kindness.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is bright and well decorated, with a private terrace and an underground garage that were very convenient. We also appreciated the shared garden — fully enclosed, which was perfect for our dog, and ideal for enjoying the sun on the loungers. The view of the mountains from the garden was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was very practical for cooking and included a dishwasher. The smart TV was also a nice touch and very convenient. Leonhard was very welcoming and made everything easy for us. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in central Bozen walkable to the train station, oberbozen cable, main restaurants all within 10 mins. Clean place with extra towels and linens, Alberto was very responsive and accommodating. Balcony was nice and with a great view. Would stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

We had just finished two weeks of very busy travel in Europe and upon arrival at Villa Pampinuccia, found it to be a quiet and relaxing place to be. We felt right at home. Monica and her husband made us feel welcome immediately. They are are friendly, helpful and offered much information about the area. The apartment is roomy, extremely clean and tidy and really is, a home away from home. Villa Pampinuccia is in a good location to explore the many nearby towns and at most, is a 30 minute walk to the centre of beautiful Bassano del Grappa . To summarise ... Villa Pampinuccia is just perfect!!
