The view The view has to be where I start my review. Oh my goodness just spectacular with easy beach access from the front lawn. The Villa is so luxurious and Phill and Kailah have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable and they are super friendly and responsive hosts. The double electric recliner that is beautifully positioned for both tv watching and gazing out at the ocean has to have a special mention; especially for a wet and grey day. Once we parked our car that is where it stayed as we walked everywhere. The local grocery store is just up the road along with various restaurants and cafes. There is so much history to enjoy in the area and there are walking trails all around the town. We would most definitely stay here again. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at the Villa.

Didnt want to leave. From the moment we arrived it felt like home. While the place wasnt perfect, the things that generally matter were. Every creature comfort of home was there. The beach is a short stroll or even shorter drive. The neighbours and general community are friendly. The area is quiet and the stars are very bright. Rooms are all bigger than expected. Biggest negative was the pump which was very loud in the bedroom with the triple bunk bed, but we all slept through it running no problems.

A fresh but homely stay. 2 families stayed for 5 days with 5 kids & 4 adults. Bedrooms were set well with the centre of the home being the hub. An expansive deck ensured we could sit outside in the inclement weather whilst not being impacted. Functional Kitchen & living area with accessible & lovely bathrooms. A comfortable, clean & quiet house with close proximity to the local Main Street, parks & beaches. 5 stars. Simone is a wonderful host.
