Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

A few metres from the house you will have 2 bars, an ice cream shop and a pastry shop, the supermarket (Famila) is easily accessible in about 200m, as well as restaurants etc.
