It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.

Πρόκειται για μια άνετη εξοχική οικία, που απέχει μόλις 20 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα και βρίσκεται στον επαρχιακό, παραθαλάσσιο δρόμο μεταξύ Λυγιάς και Βράχου. Ξεχωρίζει για την απέραντη θέα της στο Ιόνιο Πέλαγος. Εξ αριστερών διακρίνεις την Λευκάδα, ενώ ακριβώς απέναντι οι Παξοί- Αντίπαξοι. Κυριαρχεί απόλυτη ηρεμία, η οποία ταράσσεται μόνο από τους παφλασμούς των κυμάτων. Gaios harbour overview is a private house on the hill above gaios and it’s very close to the center. Within less than 10 min walking to the square, using a path and minutes by car. Private parking, outdoor jacuzzi (2,50 x 1,50 x 0,80), garden, wonderful view terrace and a small cottage with bbq,w.c. and a shower. The house is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. There are two bedrooms with air conditioning , one kitchen room, one bathroom, a living room and a dining room..
