I recently enjoyed an excellent stay at the apartment that exceeded my expectations. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Its location was outstanding—situated in the heart of the city, just steps away from top attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was responsive and friendly, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a perfect base for exploring the area, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience and quality in their accommodations.

Great place, ideal if you are working in Riyadh. Easy to get to, easy to check in (no keys :). Beatifully appointed, everything works, comfy beds, quiet rooms, all you need is there and Tariq is really good at communcating. Stay Here!

it's a unique place

Excellent host, very tidy place and nicely convenient with shops nearby and close to Boulevard. Some tips for travellers - bring your own towels as it’s customary to use disposable towels here which are not great. Also it’s a smoking apartment which wasn’t so bad but there was certainly a very minor smell etc. Arwa is wonderful and extremely responsive. Gym is nice, pool is very hot, jacuzzis are out of action at the moment. Overall I’d recommend

Nice apartment in a great building. Gym is also very well equipped and clean and there is also an indoor pool. Apartment looks exactly like in the pictures amd is very spacious. Just one thing: you need to bring your own towels as they are not provided.
