A great accommodation, the center is about 200m away and yet very quiet. The house and apartment are completely new and very tastefully furnished. Everything you need to get by wonderfully for a few days is available there (except a sharp bread knife;-)). A garage is also available, even with a roof box my car fit in, but it was a bit tight. Genny was extremely flexible. We arrived very late and yet he was on site as agreed and showed us everything. Flawless communication, with no questions left unanswered. Great! If I'm back in town, this apartment is my first choice.

We had some wonderful days in Desenzano.. a lovely apartment. Very clean and neat.. all necessary kitchen equipment. Lovely with air conditioning. really nice pool area, appears very well maintained.. necessary by car to get to town. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great location and a clean modern flat with a great shower and one spacious bedroom. The photos imply that there are two bedrooms with double beds, however there is in fact only 1 bedroom plus a small second room with a split level sofa bed which is not really suitable for two adults. This was disappointing although in other respects the flat is great.

Alessandra's accommodation was great! You feel at home, very nicely furnished, with everything you need. A place to feel good! In a quiet location, but still central. The hosts are very nice and helpful, always available and accommodating. We were very happy about the small gift (aperitif)! We will be happy to come back! ☺️

The house is very welcoming, William is very helpful with useful tips, we stayed a weekend and I must say that it was very relaxing, for those who go without the car it is also easy to reach from the station by taking a bus and the house is close to the stop, we also used the pool which was a pleasant touch. We'll definitely be back!

The place was very nice, clean, fully equipped and spacious. Communication with the owners was also impeccable. Very friendly and officiated quickly. Highly recommended.

We have had an amazing stay with Stefania and would come back any time! The apartment is great, really nicely decorated and well-equipped. The home cinema is really fun in the evenings. Stefania is a great host, very kind and helpful with anything! It was amazing!

Tamara and Lorenzo were very nice and friendly. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine, which made us very happy. There was also water and juice in the refrigerator. Coffee and tea for the first few days was also available. Lorenzo has translated everything into English. The apartment is very nicely decorated exactly as in the pictures. We were very pleased with the air conditioning, but the apartment is also very pleasantly cool. Desenzano / port can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Shopping, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. The apartment is very quiet, no through traffic.

The location is absolutely perfect: close to cafes, shops, the lakefront, and public transport. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, always quick to answer any questions and help with anything we needed. It was a real pleasure staying here. This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

We spent 3 wonderful nights in the lovely town Torri. Reaching the apartment was extremely easy with Luisa’s instructions, she was clear and precise on how to check in and out, where we actually enjoyed the process of finding the key! The property’s location was in the heart of Torri’s centre where you can enjoy lovely views of the lake from your room. We loved that the building was historic but renewed from the inside with all amenities facilitated. We actually were lucky to stay at Torri, although its considered a quiet and a more laid back town, but the vibes were great and the access to the ferry was just steps away with decent timings to reach other famous towns around lake garda. Luisa is super friendly, helpful and responsive, her communication made our stay easier and more comfortable! Coming back to Torri for sure!

I had a wonderful time staying at the place! Everything was super clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as I wished. Especially the view of the lake was simply breathtaking and a real highlight. Also the hot tub was very nice with a view of the lake. You can tell that the host really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We had the best stay ever, thank you! We have a one year old and it was lovely to have clean towels every day, the flat is also really close to the swimming pool and the restaurant on site is definitely a plus. The flat was well maintained and everything was really clean. We hope to be back soon!

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.

Tremendous location, extremely stylish, very airy and bright with spectacular views. Hotel amenities were also included and engaging staff and positive vibe everywhere. Every detail has been thought through. Beautiful beach and lounge areas. Could not imagine a nicer experience in the area! Thank you and we will be back!

It was six wonderful days at Frank's house! The house has an incredible view of the lake, something unforgettable! For me and my friends who were looking for rest, it was the perfect choice. The neighbor is quiet, the house is complete with all the utensils, it has a garage and a beautiful terrace with a Jacuzzi. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and everything looked brand new. I loved it and will definitely be back in the summer! 1000/10
