From there you can manage the temperature of the habitat (air condition), the lighting, the music. To listen to the music you can use airport or connect your smartphone/ipod to the relevant cable through the headphone output and turn on from the display (if you have any problem you can write me to have quick instructions and/or ask me to select options by remote access); 2 ) the kitchen rings: note that it is a little bit tricky sometimes to detect the pans whereas the burner is a very performing one. Please use a special care because it is delicate if you cook when the base is dirty. Francesca will show you the product to use in case it gets dirty. 4) You will be shown where to find kitchenware and accessories like salt, oil, sugar, coffee, tea bags 5 ) electric window system: the kitchen window is the only one that is not manual. You will find a bottom to open it electrically. 6) outside lights. Very charming in the evening. 7) you'll be delighted by the quality of the cuisine “Lago”. However it is required to pay attention to the risk of damage the surface of the furniture on the left side when you open the dishwasher. That door crashes into the furniture when the latter is slightly opened. 8) Parking facility (access from the garden by private gate) Finally I ask you to avoid using shoes inside the habitat. Our house, on the main floor of a prestigious historic building, takes its name from its mosaic, still the original one. We are located in the medieval and Renaissance part of the city, a short walk from the "Strada Nuova dei Palazzi", the Old Port, the Aquarium, and the departure point for boat trips to Portofino and Cinque Terre. Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley.
