Hannah's place was a fantastic place to stay. It is in a good location that is easy to get to. There are plenty of great restaurants in easy driving distance. I-95 is is very close for driving into downtown. The house is in great condition. We were very appreciative of how clean and private the pool area is. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Great home! The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful, very close to some great bars, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

This stay was incredible. To experience an A-Frame home on the beach WITH A PRIVATE POOL, was so perfect for our family. Sleeping on the third floor and waking up to the sunrise every morning was so blissful. The amenities (kitchen, bathroom, living areas) were very well cleaned & stocked! Escaping to this home for the week was just the family vacation we needed!

We were here for work and found Konti’s last minute. Thankfully so! This place was great for us, our dogs and our wallets. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel at home. The fenced in yard was very helpful! I hope it’s available when we are back in town soon.

I came to Jacksonville for work and my family came along for the week. We really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. I need to know what kind of mattress is on the king bed. It was amazing. Lisa was very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I'm born and raised in the panhandle of FL but I live in texas in a city by Austin and when I tell you this house and area put me right back to my roots. I love peace and quiet and that's exactly what this place gives . love was made with this home and the warmth we felt and the energy that filled the home was amazing and just puts your mind at ease. truly blessed to be able to give my family this break and Vicky and Freddy was equally amazing every step of the way. if you have a big family like me and on the go and want to calm everything down and still have lots of family fun look no further than right here. Thanks again yall two and we will definitely be back.

I would rate this higher than five stars. The location was perfect for us to join the GORUCK HQ Ruck club for workouts and social gatherings. It was very easy to reach the beach. The beach chairs were a bonus for us to use as well. Everything about the home was excellent. We enjoyed soaking up the rays in the backyard, followed by a meal in the back under the giant shade tree. The furniture was all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking meals at home. We look forward to a return visit to Jax Beach and making this our rental again.

We really enjoyed the house and the pool. The house was very spacious and clean. We had enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate 6 females. The pictures do not showcase how beautiful this home really is. The backyard is very spacious as well. I really wanted to have a Hibachi catering company to come in but I was afraid we wouldn't have enough room. I'm so sad I didn't book the Hibachi company because it would have been beautiful. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely book this beautiful home again.

This was my second year staying in Sandra’s house and I was just as satisfied as I was the first time. Sandra’s house Is welcoming and feels just like home. Although I was on vacation, my family and I spent a lot of time just hanging out at the house. Pickleball is still my families favorite along with the pool. Will be booking again for next year! Thank you Sandra for being an amazing wonderful host.

Place was great. Nice neighborhood. Extremely roomy home. Clean and nice kitchen and backyard for grilling/cooking. Will definitely keep in mind for next trip to Jacksonville. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay. The house is a total vibe. I felt like I was in Costa Rica - the hot tub is amazing surround by fresh Jasmine. I would highly recommend :) also dog friendly and the hosts went above and beyond. Can’t wait to go back for my staycation.

This place was all we could've hoped for and everything was great! check in, communication, all of it. we will definitely be booking again if we make it back down to Florida!
